    Hello I’m a 5’5 setter and I wanna be a hitter too but I can’t get myself to jump high enough to hit it downward so I’m going to give these a try.

      Practice your landing as well bro you'll feel more confident in jumping higher knowing that you won't pop your knees off

    Thank you very much for taking the time and efforts for making these videos. Your spiking skills video helped my a lot to improve my spiking at 41 years old. I will start incorporating these techniques into my routine.

    this is really helpful because i am a 6ft middle blocker but i cant jump high because my legs are weak and i developed shin splints from playing volleyball, i will try all these exercises and let you know how it goes. Thanks coach!

    I'm 5'9, currently able to jump 9'10, I'm in a volleyball league and don't feel as though I'm reaching maximum jump potential.
    A little medical past, broke ankle, had dislocated hips, broke my back when i was 19.
    Ive been trying to modify workouts and lose weight (im thinking if i can get from 185 to 160 this may increase my overall height as well)
    Any further information i should know or anything else i should try to help push me that extra 6 inches?
