    The issue that occurs on the Local Disk (C: or D:) is to notify you to check the information on your Hard Drive to make sure that it is safe and secured through Bitlocker. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you turn the Bitlocker On and Off to remove the yellow exclamation mark and padlock icon. To do this, you may follow the steps below:
    Method:01
    Step 1. Run Command Prompt as administrator. Then type the following command and press Enter.
    step 2. manage-bde D: -off (replace C with the drive letter of any other drive if you want to disable BitLocker for it)
    Step 3. Once done, type exit to close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer.
    Method:-02
    1. Click Start, type File Explorer and press Enter.
    2. Click on This PC located at the left-side pane of the window.
    3. Right-click on the Local Disk (D:), select Manage Bitlocker, click Turn off Bitlocker , Turn off Bitlocker.
    4. Once you're done, check if the issue persists.
