Thank you for all your knowledge. Really. It is not the first time your advice helps. In this case I am facing a problem. The file named recovery is empty, no content, no bitlocker recovery key. The initial message provides me a hint saying it'a about a school account. I had no such account, but maybe the previous owner did. What can be done? Thank you if you can help.

Brother what should I do if I can’t get my recovery key file in the first place? I reinstalled windows and now my d drive is encrypted
if windows booting then backup data from D drive and format d drive

I bought a a refurbished laptop through Amazon and now it is locked and I don't have any bitlocker key or Microsoft account that is laptop os linked to because im the 2nd owner... so is there anything method to reset this laptop the factory setting and erase all the data from the 1st owner and then I can use it? I tried , but the system show when I restart
“Press Y to reset PSP NVRAM and fTPM NVRAM. if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled systen. if you have Bitlocker or without a recovery key encryption-enabled systen,
the systen will not boot Press N to keep previous fTPH record and continue systen boot,(reinitialized), TPM WILL NOT be enabled with new CPU unless fTPM you could swap back to the old CPU to recover is reset TPM related keys and data “
Press N , I can access to my desktop without recovery key.

I think this problem from to BIOS update , after updating BIOS the problem solved
If brother i don't have any recovery key .my d drive is locked with bitlocker.then how i can take backup of D drive.

In my case on MS account laptop details are there but not matching with the device id and showing now bit locker keys are attached .i dont have the key now . I am not getting what to do and how to unlock my device
