  • You have already heard that sugar is bad, that it leads to weight gain, diabetes and a bunch of other problems, but there is something very important that needs to be said.
    Sugar is a compound of refined glucose or fructose that we get from eating industrial foods.
    The cells of our body absorb only glucose, and fructose must be further broken down to glucose, which helps our liver to do. Capture this moment.
    Now what is refining? This is an industrial technology for separating one substance from the original product. That is, for example, to obtain sugar, we separate glucose from fiber, proteins, fats and 1000 other elements contained in beets, and we get white sugar.
    Now one person has 31 kg of pure sugar per year, which is 2.5 kg per month. Sugar is now added to all foods or drinks in the form of refined glucose or fructose. Meat and dairy products, canned food, drinks and, of course, confectionery. Sugar is added wherever possible, because it makes the products tastier, which means you will buy them more often.
    For our brains, sugar in isolation is a pure high. It is highly addictive.
    Since the receptors that are responsible for dopamine become dull over time, you have to increase the sugar content in foods every year so that you do not lose interest in going to shops, cafes and restaurants. That is why the amount of sugar consumed every year is growing and will continue to grow.

    Therefore, most industrial products are a combination of sugar and butter. The use of such carbohydrate-fat bombs leads to a violation of the consumption of glucose by cells.
    You eat sweets, glucose enters the blood, and after that it must go into the cells, but due to a violation of carbohydrate-fat metabolism, it remains in your blood. This is called insulin resistance or diabetes.
    If you have any body fat deposits, then you somehow have a disturbed carbohydrate metabolism, and this is diabetes. Your cells receive less energy and, accordingly, you have little energy for life and are so used to this state that you don’t even notice it.

    Start reducing the amount, or better yet, completely refuse the use of refined glucose and fructose in the form of a white crystalline powder. Replace all current sweets from
    refined white sugar, flour and butter to natural, natural sources of glucose are fruits, dried fruits and honey.
