    Well done! I've never tried hanging while fresh. I usually try it at the end of a long workout. My best was 72 seconds.

    I wonder if I could reach 2 minutes which is supposed to be a good time for 40 years old ... Subtracting 10 lb or so would be helpful.

      Amazing job well done, what time was your first attempt? and how long have you been training at hanging

      @@Kampup I started more regular hanging (about 3 times for 30s every day) in June when I got mini trampoline end experienced some pain in my lower back. My two tests were done about a month apart, but the first one was in a very hot day.
