yes.. i stopped eating bread, occasionally eat pasta and increased my consumption of protein and healthy fats. I eat carbs in the form of veg like cabbages and sweet potato, rice once a week. But I am always satiated. I also stopped doing above workout and upped my HIIT to 1 hour a day 5 times a week.
I was so happy to see another GymRa/Christine workout. I was even happier to find out she was doing the cueing, instead of music only. This is just as challenging asher 30 minute with weights. Thank you!!

My Goodness! Thank you. I am 49 and in great shape naturally but need to build up and tone up as well as building strength and resistance and out of the work out for quite some time! That link is so perfectly in alignment with my vision. It is now bookmarked so I can switch up my workouts. Thank you sooooo much! In my 50s, I put on 40 lbs of mostly muscle 155 to 195 lbs. As I head into my 60s and beyond, my direction is less weight, more reps, shredding, sculpting, and toning. It is like my life. In my younger years it was about finding and growing my strength, vision, and power. I climbed mountains, fought battles, created my dreams celebrating successes, learning from failures, finding myself always learning and growing. Even when I didn't like it and more or less had to do so. :) I was penetrating life, more masculine. Now, it is fine tuning, cultivating sensitivity to my inner strength and beauty. I am nurturing and connecting deeper with my body, being, myself, and others. Receptive to life, more feminine. Put it all together, it is a full life in balance. I am so looking forward to this time in my life more than any other I have to admit. I want to transition with a smile on my face meeting it fully. Deep bow for your and Christine's support.

Great workout. The moves are challenging and the choreography is not. How do I know it works? I felt beat but glowing after the first time and then stronger the next. Keep up the good work! Christine is fabulous!
Just don’t forget the fact that you need to do regular exercising before you try this one out. I did this one after not working out for two weeks and I really struggled. its best to ease yourself into a routine and then when you feel like you’ve beaten your old routine then try and push yourself!
