      Thanks for sharing, there are some really nice moves I there. Love, your-own-body-weight exercises - only thing that I find hard is nutrition, especially after a workout.

    Id say I'm advanced in working out and fitness. With that being said, it can be challenging finding a good home workout. Christine Curry is quicky becoming my favorite. I get what I need in her workouts.

      yes.. i stopped eating bread, occasionally eat pasta and increased my consumption of protein and healthy fats. I eat carbs in the form of veg like cabbages and sweet potato, rice once a week. But I am always satiated. I also stopped doing above workout and upped my HIIT to 1 hour a day 5 times a week.

    Just don’t forget the fact that you need to do regular exercising before you try this one out. I did this one after not working out for two weeks and I really struggled. its best to ease yourself into a routine and then when you feel like you’ve beaten your old routine then try and push yourself!

    Honestly one of the quickest, hardest workouts I have found on You Tube . . . not boring, challenging, just enough reps.....perfect!!

    SUCH an awesome workout! Definitely challenging. I had to do all of the moves at half the speed/intensity but I am determined to keep trying this workout until I can keep up with you! Thank you for the inspiration and the excellent workout :)

    I love Christine's workouts!! Challenging and straight to the point. Would love to see more HIIT workouts and bodyweight workouts like this. I'd also enjoy an intense yoga flow/workout!!

      Hi Jade! I am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

    I love this because it makes me sweat, I strongly believe it an exercise doesn't make me sweat either 1) its not hard enough, or 2) I'm not working hard enough. And these are actually fun moves to do.

      It also depends on how cold the room is. If you have fans blowing on you, you aren't going to sweat as much as you would if you did it in a 90 degree room. Also I heard that how much water you drink factors in as well.

    My Goodness! Thank you. I am 49 and in great shape naturally but need to build up and tone up as well as building strength and resistance and out of the work out for quite some time!
    Started this after watching it last night, positive but realistically thinking I cannot do it all the way. Well I had to re-wind a few times and but I did it. All the way and I thank you very much!! You are fantastic!

    Good 30-min-workout. I exercise regularly and this was tough. I like the 30 secs for each move. It sets up the right expectation. The instructor cues well. I also appreciate the 30 secs of rest between each circuit. Much needed. And she uses the rest time to explain what is coming up next which means we don't lose so much time listening and can make the most out of the actual exercise. The only thing is that this is not a full body workout for me. My arms and abs do not feel challenged, if at all. My legs are worked out, my heart rate certainly goes up and I feel hot. I would retitle this to be something like cardio leg sculpting workout with some abs and arms. It is a good workout, something different to throw in for a change during the weekly routine exercises. Thank you.

    I love this workout. I am sore from it and I am in good shape. I am getting tone and sculpted muscles from Christine's workouts that I have never had before. That is Amazing when you consider I am in my 50s and have been doing P90x (both versions), Body Beast, German volumizing, etc workouts on average of 5-6 days a week for years. Thank you so much!

      That link is so perfectly in alignment with my vision. It is now bookmarked so I can switch up my workouts. Thank you sooooo much! In my 50s, I put on 40 lbs of mostly muscle 155 to 195 lbs. As I head into my 60s and beyond, my direction is less weight, more reps, shredding, sculpting, and toning. It is like my life. In my younger years it was about finding and growing my strength, vision, and power. I climbed mountains, fought battles, created my dreams celebrating successes, learning from failures, finding myself always learning and growing. Even when I didn't like it and more or less had to do so. :) I was penetrating life, more masculine. Now, it is fine tuning, cultivating sensitivity to my inner strength and beauty. I am nurturing and connecting deeper with my body, being, myself, and others. Receptive to life, more feminine. Put it all together, it is a full life in balance. I am so looking forward to this time in my life more than any other I have to admit. I want to transition with a smile on my face meeting it fully. Deep bow for your and Christine's support.

    This s an amazing workout! I feel my entire body muscles working. I had to take breaks periodically but I will continue to do this workout until I can do the entire workout without taking the non-prescribed breaks. :)

    WOW okay I've been working out with some of the other GymRa videos for a few months now and while I find them challenging I can still do them... this one was easily the hardest video I've ever done!!     great cardio workout. one suggestion: maybe try a bit more variety with the power leg moves (such as holding a position for an additional 30 seconds) so that different, smaller leg muscles are activated instead of just the large quads and hammies.

    oh my goodness...This is probably the best 35 minute body weight workout, so far. Perfect length. I love your attitude. Made me sweat. I feel bad because I had to take a couple of seconds extra for break during the last half of the video during squats.

    Christine I assume there just wasn't enough room on the title of this workout to include focus on legs as well as abs. What a leg workout out as well. You're workouts are awesome.!!

      Hi Aleksandra! How was it for you? I am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟
