I greatly appreciate your style, you always have something harder for me, whereas most others only care about making it easier.     I am so excited to find so many new "Christine" videos! I always sweat and know that I worked at a harder level than I think I am capable of. I love her style. She is funny, calm but very intense in her exercises.

    Christine I love you! I was chubby at some point my early teen years, lost the weight towards the end of high school but I couldn't figure out a way to tighten the skin up until 10 years later when I came across your videos. 2 months in and I've got my six pack visible!

    She is the best on the channel. I have plateaued after doing Chloe Ting (I love her very much and she kept me healthy and active for two years and toned my body with abs) but I discovered your channel and Now my 4 pack is showing. Thank you looking forward to more advanced workouts! For anyone wondering, i do home workouts i enjoy desserts every work but sugar free the whole weekdays and Lebanese cuisine eating (which is in itself very healthy). I do not count calories or worry about my food. I eat whatever i want when i want it ☺️. I workout 3-4 times a week no more than 30 minutes sometimes 20 or 10 all at home.

    I love this one!! I do it with 10 dumbells and it's perfect, I did a Millionaire Hoy express arms 20 mins video before and this video was the perfect complement bc it hit arms little too!! pls never stop doing these routines Christine!!! :)

    Nice cardio and weights. very intense and even though there isn't a lot of jumping, very cardio intensive. But very good work out! I love how she teaches so it's a tiny break in between sets.

    Great work out I love this one I can't keep up but it's good after having 4 kids I needed this I need to go back to 100 lbs need to lose 17 lbs hope I can do it

    It's the last day of Pancake Week here in Russia so this was a great Sunday sweat off! I used 8 pounds the whole way through. I loved the combination of strength, like cardio with burpees, mountain climbers and tuck jumps and abs toning. I would have called the first move the Russian twist though! :) Thanks, Gymra and Christine! xxx

    Wow, intense (for me, especially on a Friday!) but so good. Of course the trainer hardly broke a sweat and commentated throughout; but in the early sets, I paused the video so I could complete the reps without losing form. Will definitely do this again, awesome!

    So my biggest problem is belly fat loss, I seem to be getting leaner and stronger-looking in the arm and leg areas but my belly has seen the least amount of improvement. Do you recommend this video paired with cardio/HIIT, ab workouts, or what? I eat right, track my macros and calories on the fitnesspal app, switch up my routines, and I usually do at least 30 mins of cardio per day + at least 20-40 mins of toning one part of the body.       It sounds like you're doing a lot right already! We'd recommend more cardio & an abs focused routine 3-4 times a week on non-consecutive days.
