    This is the best ab workout of all time. Started doing it in 2017 and drifted away only because I had done it everyday for a long time and needed to shake it up. Well 5 years later I have returned to it and it is still the most efficient and effective I’ve come across. Love it, thank you!

    This is easily the BEST ab workout I've ever done on TH-cam. I always feel the burn the day after when I do this routine!

      Iza Łukawska I really wouldn't recommend to you doing this exercise without diet. I tried it few months ago and it hadn't worked. But then i discovered this site www.elphyweb.com/uncategorized/how-to-lose-weight-fast/ and i can recommend this program to anyone. I really lost my weight really fast :) thumbs up if you lost weight thanks to this!! :)

    Hey I'm a 13 year old girl and I would just like to say that I love this workout. Surprisingly I got through the entire thing for the first time (3rd day) without collapsing or stopping. Although I already had slight abs, I'm really glad to be getting more abs. If I can do it, you can too! You got this :)

    I thankfully have a flat tummy but within a few sessions I was seeing outlines on my abs! I felt sore for a good 5 days after my first workout (this has never happened before on an ab workout). As a sucker for punishment I came back for more.... My core and abs feel and look fab' with each session (record time results). Great instructions too. Thank you for this video, it's priceless

    I couldn’t do the leg extension. Mostly because I had c section a few months ago, but the entire time I was in plank my core was shaking so I know it’s working. Will definitely be adding this to my morning work out while my son hangs out in his bouncer. Thanks for sharing!!

    Thank you for making this video! I have been doing this for 3 months now( 5 days out of the 7 ) and I have six pack abs thanks to this! Of course I was skinny before but I wanted to be fit! Being small and still eating nothing but junk is not any better!

      Tina Angel , keep working on it don't quit. It takes some 6 months to see any difference. Others 6 wks or less. Cut down on your bread and sugar intake. And drink plenty of water. Especially before meals. It will fill you up so you'll eat less. Good luck 😊

    I've been doing this regularly for two years, mixing it up with whatever else I can add. I had cancer surgery five years ago. Only half of my abdominal muscles engaged after surgeons cut large nerves in my back. But this workout has allowed me to engage more and more of those muscles. I'm guessing about 65% of my abdominal muscles now engage. I have a 3 pack, all on one side! Thanks Kristine! My wife and I follow along at least a couple of times a week.

    Been doing this workout couple times a week on and off for the past couple years. I definitely feel the difference. My core is stronger, my belly fat has reduced, I'be been feeling better mentally and also the fact that it's just 20 minutes is perfect to fit into a busy day. Thank you GymRa and Christine!       Wow! Hii! I am a man, I saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I tried this lesson with her but it is just too hard! My grandma does the full lesson regularly since I don't know when. She has those thick hard bricks in her front stomach and bricks in her sides of stomach also. I feel very low and unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    I've been doing Fitness Blender ABS workouts+diet for a month. With time those became easy so I found this amazing woman with a very hard but managable workout.
    Guys no nonsence but it gives me MORE result after 3 days than the other ones I did for A MONTH!!
    Please stick to it, you'll se a massive difference.

      The only workout that’s made me this sore is when I did a plank for like 8 min (improperly because it was before I started working out seriously) against some friends, trying to see who could plank the longest. And then also maybe when I overtrained and just did like 200 crunches, 100 bicycle crunches, etc and just kept going for like 10 min straight til I fell to the floor and couldn’t move for a solid min lol

    This might be the most complete ab work out I ever seen especially the side abs.
    I'm gonna do 3 sets of 3 workouts of these when I work out 2 other muscles. I'm at the point were regular ab workouts aren't doing it.
    Why not go up all the way? Do they work out the upper abs more or is it more isolated. For some work outs it is obvious why not.
    A good habit for people doing this... is touch your ears to avoid straining neck by trying to push yourself up and always hold your breath on contraction. It is amazing how you talk through out lol.

    This is a total AB KILLER! I had to stop in the middle of the video. There was no way I could do this whole workout without stops! Amazing workout! Will deffo do it everyday and I hope to se amazing results. Is there any websites that have planned out meals to loose fat? for free?

      I agree with you *+Laurie Ramirez*, I am using it too. I've started with it 2 weeks ago and until now I've lost 13 pounds which is excellent result given that I've had no success with other weight loss programs I've used before (I was 178, now I am 165 pounds :). Also, I like this one because it's based on natural and healthy methods to increase metabolism speed, without hard and exhausting workouts (like Insainty or HIIT programs). My big vouch for it, too.

    Thank you! This is what you call a REAL AB workout!!! Abs being worked from every angle therefore you will definitely see and feel the definition within a short space of time. I have not done her routine,I just looked on! However I used to be a gym member for 35 yrs! So very familiar with all of her moves. I can feel and see the movements and can relate as to which muscle groups are being worked!!! If you don't see results with this workout....well I don't no which workout will work for you???
    This is the most thorough abs program I have ever seen in all my years at the gym.
    I am in my 60's now and going down on the floor is no longer for me! I can do it if I make an extra effort,but think I have done enuf in my younger years! All I do is standing abs/pilates etc...

    I am a former diver and thai-boxer... But put everything on a shelf after having My first Child.
    I been thru alot of workout channels after deciding to get myself in shape again. You are giving me the perfect recistanse in both workouts and yoga!

    my abs have never burned in such a great way!! I was 160 pounds at the age of 13, my new years resolution of 2014 was to get to 120 and I did it then i got to join cross country, soccer, track and now I'm 115 and it didn't even take an entire year. my new new years resolution is to get some nice abs going and I do think this video will give me results and I've almost have a two pack from this!! Im 14 now and share my healthy habits with everyone if anyone wants any of my ideas and extreme weight loss plans let me know :) thanks for this great video
