      Hi Carrie! am a man and just saw this lesson because my mother-in-law does this workout! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together 😟

    This is absolutely amazing!! As I've been continuing to work out, upping the intensity, and getting stronger, I've been looking for harder workouts on TH-cam and this was awesome. I only used 5 lb weights and my arms especially are like noodles. Did this after a 20 min HIIT workout was tough too. Love Christine!

    I just did this! It was very hard and I have to admit that I had to stop the video like three times because I was so out of breath. but the exercises are great! I want to do three gymra workouts a week and I hope that I'll be able to do it without any pauses soon! :)

    Thank u so much! Made my day! For an tense women's workout I recommend using 3 different weights, I used 15, 10 and 5s. I was surprised how hard it was and how often I would shift to the med or light weights! Best instructor style, so efficient!!!
