Fantastic, thank you Berta

Nice Thanks
Store bought baking powder contains a lot of salt (400 mg per teaspoon). I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thank you for the recipe!
Baking soda has more sodium than baking powder. 630 mg per 1/2 teaspoon. Fortunately recipes don’t call for much of either.
Just found your channel and I'm hooked. I subscribed and sent to my friends and family. Loved the baking powder tip.
It is too easy to be true. I have baking soda but no cream of tartar. I'll get some and get to stepping. THANKS 🙏👍
🎉thank you

Thank-You!… your so knowledgeable I enjoy your channel 😉
This is a good lower sodium baking powder substitute...239 mg of sodium/teaspoon. Regular baking powder has 488mg of sodium.
The only thing I've ever used Cream of Tartar for is Snickerdoodle cookies. I'm sure it expired and went into the trash long ago.
I do this too, because I can't find organic baking powder (which has cornstarch).
Nice

Most baking powders are monocalcium phosphate.
Wow! Who knew 😊. Thanks.
