I'm in Alaska and tried your recipe last night and I'M OBSESSED! It was so juicy and flavorful and good! I wish I had crisped my skin a bit more but I was impatient lol! I also didn't have any fresh thyme or scallions handy but used dry thyme and white onion chunks instead and it was probably not as good but still yummy. I did thighs and breasts. Thank you for sharing this recipe 😋😋
