My heart sunk for ya when tipped her over in the creek. It’s amazing watching these documentaries on the tour it’s like I’m a part of it and feel your pain must just be good story telling great job.
Brian, what a great video! I remember each section of your video as it was yesterday. I did Day 5 in 2022 and I nearly remember these memories every single day! We had ice on the seat of our bikes when we started Day 6 in the early morning 😉 Tx. Thomas alias Jack Maynard
You've done an amazing job documenting your adventure, Brian. I can't imagine how many hours it took to produce these videos. One of the many things I admire is that you stop periodically (apparently) just to admire the view. I think I'd feel too pressured by schedule, then regret it later.
Thank you Carl, you are correct on all angles. It was a ton of work to edit. Yes I often stopped to take in the view and yes the pressure was very high to keep pushing through, so you do miss out on a lot. Ie; morningbof D4. I could have spent all day on that ridge, taking in the views. I tried, best I could to match the music to the mood or experience of that moment. The music selection was a year or more in the making. And yes I did listen to that soundtrack while out there on the bike.
Great videos Brian. This series is inspiring me to give this tour a shot. Do you live in the North East? I'm in New York state and if your close let's ride sometime.
I replayed it in slow-mo. I think 50% or something. I was impressed with the cool effect of the water. I captured a screenshot from the camera looking at the bars, under water. Cool now, not so much at the time. I can still feel the coldness of that water watching the video.
good bike info - great videos, great journey

P.S. love the music selections! And really needed to watch all the video...

Burnt Aspen is one of my favorite trails on the tour!
Is the slomo fx seen during the creek fall a glitch or else? Either way it looks cool
