  • I am notorious for creating day plans that are unrealistic and have WAY too much packed into them. Which is why when I saw Sunsama's daily planning routine it really got my attention & I knew I had to recreate it in Tana.
What I created was a simple 5 minute daily planning routine that has helped me create a realistic day plan where I'm working on only the things that matter and I feel like a winner at th end of everyday.

Love this setup, Ev! This might be just the process inspiration I need to find and wrangle all those tasks tagged #todo that never seem to get done. I particularly liked the Trello board view near the end - magic!

Yes I like that it kind of catches anything that I might miss & causes me to think wether I want to do it today.

Great set up! Do you still use Do Day?

Thanks! And yes. But I combined it with my event tag and renamed the field to ‘event time’
That way I can use the same field and it’s easy to configure searches.
