Master Your Schedule with My 10-Minute Weekly Planning Process (using Tana)

- It's a new week, so I thought I'd show you around my Weekly Planning Process in Tana. To be fair it's the same planning process I've used for years through many different apps including Trello, Notion, Roam & Obsidian.
The best thing about it? It will only take you about 10 minutes to do! Plus I talk about a few concepts that I've picked up over the years including theming my days and using cycles to make sure I don't load up my day with too many things.
Hope you take some planning inspiration from it!

Great video, Ev! I particularly enjoyed how you defined "cycles" for your tasks and then sanity-checked them every week. Definitely something I'll be adding to my workspace!
Thanks Ev for posting this today! I just moved over my weekly plan from Notion into Tana yesterday & set it up the best way I could figure (still getting my feet wet with Tana). I was so happy to see this video pop up this morning on my feed & it was super helpful. There is a really big mindset shift coming from Notion to Tana so your videos really really help make sense of those mindset shifts.
Ah I'm so glad I got it out today then! Agreed, I think I made that mindset shift because I went from Notion to Roam first and then Tana. I might try and make some more videos around the mindset shift and some more specific Notion to Tana conversions. Thanks for watching Amanda!
Hi Ev, thanks for this! Super useful. I have just realised one of the timestamps is broken, the one for 'The Weekly Sprint' chapter - it has a space after the : in the description.
Ah thanks for letting me know! I've fixed it up now.
