    It is very tiring but good. I am sweating. The elbow stretcn was paiful for my left arm but I still persevered. My right arm is not as painful. I will sleep very well. Some days I feel lazy but then had to exercise. Thanks again.

      Hi Margaret, if any stretch is painful, avoid going further into the stretch. It should feel 'nice', not painful. As you continue to stretch consistently over weeks and months, your flexibility will improve.

    This seated workout was good for me since I got my knees a bit sore when I woke up this morning!We got both the verbal and written instructions. It’s good for some seniors having hearing problem. I enjoyed this workout. Thank you!

    Thank you Jules for this seated strength workout this morning. It is always nice to changed up to seated workouts when you are able to stand, never mind for those who can’t do it safely without the chair. The different ways the muscles are used makes a great variety to add into my rotation.

    Your exercise designs and instruction methods are extraordinary, Jules: variety, imagination, challenge, and gentle guidance. Makes me feel as though I have a caring Mom cheering me on! This routine was most challenging. I pushed myself to new heights of effort, knowing I could do it, and I feel so accomplished! I only do the classic Jumping Jacks. I like doing them this way because in its execution, I have to lean back a bit as both legs open and close, and I can feel my abs really working . Great routine has earned a great BIG star.     I wanted to tell you thank you for your videos. I was in the hospital twice since December and I have chronic illnesses. Your videos allow me to exercise and yesterday I noticed when I was walking my dog that it was getting easier. That’s priceless.

    Thanks for the brain workout. I did this session standing. While my arms followed what you were doing, my brain was making decisions and instructing my feet to walk, run, tap, kick or squat. I enjoyed the variety (which is the spice of life). Thank you for sharing your talents.

    Thanks Jules for another great video. First I did one of your all in one videos and then this one as a bonus. These sitting videos are really helpful for those who can not stand for the medical reasons and for people like me when they have flair ups and due to pain gets hard to stand for a long time but you can get real workout while sitting down. So in any way it is all win win. Thanks whatever you do for us and stay blessed❤️

    This was our only workout today (via TH-cam) It was a great workout--the arms-wow!! We did, however work in the flower garden/yard for about an hour, digging and hoeing, so we still got a second workout in.

    I did this one for the first time this evening. I like it. I'm going to try more of the all in one workouts. It's nice that there are so many of them as it keeps things interesting. I have noticed that I have a lot more strength and stamina while working in my yard this spring. I attribute it do doing these exercises daily.

    Ok, my mom does this workout and I gotta admit, I thought, Seated? That ain't nothing. 😄. So she dared me to join her. My arms hurt. Whew! This is more exertion and effort than I thought. Doing this everyday has brought my mom's A1C down. And I am not in as good of a shape as I thought.

      Lol, I am so glad you worked out with your mom. She likely loved having you there beside her for a workout partner. Seated workouts can definitely be a lot more challenging than people realize (this is a beginner workout so the intermediate ones I offer are quite a bit more challenging). I have lots of standing workouts if you want to give them a try! Even though I often put 'for seniors', they are definitely suitable for all ages (especially the standing intermediate).

      I tried to find the best disco type music I could from one of the music companies I pay to use, but if you want true disco, I have another video on my channel using disco music that you'll be familiar with.

    Great workout Jules! When I do the figure 4 leg crossover my knee, the right hip is much tighter than the left hip. I can cross it over but it starts to hurt a little when I try to lean forward. Are there any exercises that I can do to strengthen my right hip?

      I think it's quite normal to be tighter on one side than the other...I notice the same thing with my hips as well in terms of one being tighter. I would suggest to not lean forward if it hurts. You'll still get a stretch through that area with sitting up straight. If you can stand for exercises, the side leg raise would be a great exercise for strengthening through the hip area (just raise the leg 1.5 to 2 feet to the side of the body 6-12 times).
