A trick I like to do that you can try. (If you haven’t already)
As a last step,
I take a dremmel with a cotton buffing wheel, and fine buffing compound to the frets.
Makes them like butter,
but tape the fretboard off or you will spend half your life cleaning the buffing compound off the board!
For me, it’s SO worth the effort as bends are like glass, and your customers will really notice the “next level” treatment.

With YT video, my goal is to make it as short as possible, so I remove a lot of clips specially with building the neck. I will try to include details next time. Thanks, I really appreciate your input.

I was really excited about the build of the body. You exceeded my expectations on the neck. The attention to detail on the neck was above and beyond best part for me. The body is astounding. Awesome! I own the Ibanez guitar you are recreating here. A couple tidbits- it has a very think top of the burl/resin, the rest of the body is swamp ash. The volume/tone controls on my guitar are actually countersunk into the body a little bit. Only guitar I have like that.. You did an amazing job!! All the best.
My favourite volume/tone knobs are on maverick guitars; they're sideways inside the body. So ergonomic. Looks cool too.

You did a fantastic job on the guitar. I have a question, I'm curious about how heavy is the guitar? I've seen several epoxy bodies, some solid epoxy. It seems like such a heavy material. Awesome job, you're a very talented builder.
Thanks! Surprisingly, this guitar only weighs 3.5kilos just like a standard LP, I'm expecting it would be heavier than that. The reason is because this guitar doesn't have that many holes inside that the resin could've filled, unlike my resin Bass that have many holes to fill and weighs 5kilos.

Beautiful guitar; great job. One question about the connections between wood and epoxy will they be a week point and break off?
Thanks rogerwilco59! As long as it is properly done, it won't be a problem. Best practices is to clean the wood with steel brush before pouring the resin, mixing the resin thoroughly and allowing it to cure for a week or more. This will give the wood and resin a good bond.
