I've been a guitar nut for decades, and this is one of the most beautiful ones I've ever seen. I want to start building my own, but I see this and it scares me lol. Amazing work my man.
Failing is learning. We must all fail at first in order to become what we want. The most important thing is what you do after you fail. Do you stay in that failed fear mode, or do you keep at it and approach perfection? It's all up to you.
I am Awe struck by this artist’s/craftsman’s skill set…WOW, WOW, WOW !!! I can’t fathom the cost ( physically, emotionally, and spiritually), to make such a beautiful instrument (art meets function). Absolutely, brilliant. You should be recognized for your perseverance, integrity, and pride in your creation. I bow to you, Sir.
damn! I absolutely love it. Epoxy slab tables are probably my 2nd favorite thing in the world, number 1 goes to hand-made guitars. Your guitar is gorgeous, and the choice of knobs and pickups is just the cherry on top. well done!
As someone said, it is art, a work of art. You have patience prepping the wood to seal it properly. Wish your audio test was longer. Would like to hear you put the guitar through it's paces. Lovely bit of work, congrats.
I'm planning to make a dedicated audio test, also with the other guitars that I built. I hope I have time to do it right away, cause I'm already starting to make a new project. Thanks for your suggestion!
Yep, very nice, and the hardware really is beautiful. But I do have a concern about the placement of the volume knob - the tone knob behind it is so close that it looks like it will get in the way of using the heel of your hand to swell or fade the volume. The volume know really should be free of such interference - you use it constantly.
This is the most beautiful guitar body I've ever seen. I literally can't describe looking at it. I just feel peaceful and hopeful knowing instruments made with this much love exist because it proves we still know how to create beauty as a species and not just destroy. You are a master at this. I only wish I could commission one.
This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of work. All the way down to the hardware, which I love the materials of and colors of (and style of). It's been an age since I've fallen in love with an instrument, but damn man... that's passion and talent combined right there.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful and well thought out Vol/tone and p/u selector location. Excellent job sounds great too. Thanks for sharing your experience of such a finely crafted instrument. ❤❤❤
In love with this creation. I really want one of these. Perhaps one of the most beautiful electric guitars I've ever seen. Congratulations on this incredible masterpiece.
Gosh thats amazing! Having just helped my nephew to build a guitar i really appreciate the work that went into this and the making of the video! Well done it looked so good.
This project had me and my 9 year old daughter mesmerized by the end result. Would kill for a guitar like this one. Keep up the great work and keep posting. 👍🏼
Maybe consider putting the strings in the locking tuners and pulling them tight and then cut off the excess to leave as little winding around the tuner post as possible so the guitar stays in tune better . Thats the whole purpose of locking tuners ! Keep up the the good work ! (from Canada)
Thanks! I know someone who does this and I'm always wondering why, now I know now. My friend is a professional guitarist from a famous band here in my country.
@@jimcoppa6946 I think this is all based on break angles from the strings at the nut, however, I think most modern locking tuners compensate for this by having the hole far down the post.
"I'll be your 1-up girl" (Not sure if that's the name of the song jajajaja) but it's from Super Mario Odyssey!!! AMAZING GUITAR by the way! Great great work!!! 🎉
This is what the Fender custom shop should be doing. Its so beautiful the way the Blue contrast those with earthy woody tones. Oh and the grey pickups and hardware overall. 💯
An amazing guitar followed up with some Mario Odyssey. I didn't think I'd find a custom guitar that rivaled the Coffee bean one from Burls Art... Applause all around good sir!
An amazing guitar created from scratch by a very talented musician/artist. Almost a decade past and the guitar you made for me still sounds perfect ❤️ Thank you and I'm praying for your continued success, Gitara Maker ❤
This was such a great video. I saw you using the same technique with the drill bit that is a bit long. You stuck it through a piece of already drilled wood and used the wood as a steadying post. Good form Jack, good form. 👍
Well done! I'm amazed watching you guitar builders. One day I'll work up the nerve to try and build. Until then, I'll just enjoy watching y'all and learning.
This one felt different. Dont know if it’s just me. The guitar felt like a it has a soul. You've really inspired me to start getting into this as a hobby. With everything you use being so simple, I can imagine ways that I can achieve the same things at home, where I previously thought it wouldn't be possible. Thank you for these wonderful works of art! I'm looking forward to seeing more in the future! Also, that was a wonderful rendition of Jump Up Superstar at the end!

epoxy doesn't resonate well...in fact it deadens tone.
In your humble opinion.

It's beautiful, but I'd imagine it's very heavy. Prob wouldn't be fun playing for too long. Amazing work tho

Fear does one of two things . . . it either motivates or paralyzes.
Whats to lose! Except a bit of money, loads of time and possibly a finger or two. I think it's totally worth the risk. What a beautiful piece. 😍
Leave it to the pro's.
