It's been awhile since I did this but I believe I had it in N. Take a look at 4:21 on the video. The metal tube peice slides off the selector rod, so just make sure the plate and selector peice go back on the same way you took it off and you should be fine.
Loved the video - thank you! However, I got the tool to remove the nut but it just spins the whole clutch and I’ve tried using a flathead and hammering it but that didn’t work either. Any thoughts? (I know nothing about this stuff….)
Is your's semi auto or fully automatic transmission i got a full automatic the clutch adjustment nut on my 125cc is just cosmetic and keeps the oil from leaking i was told the manufacturer used the same side cover for all models it would cost to mudh to make a different cover for all models
Thanks for the links and video! Parts are on order.
Excellent video. Fantastic explanation and we really appreciate the time it took to make it. Thanks
Thank you!
Did you not soak new clutches in oil before installing?
What bore size is it if mine is a 110cc
What gear should you have it in with uninstalling and installing the new one? D , N , or R?

Really good video, thanks. Fixing one of these for a friend and am down to the clutch, hopefully this will work, looks the same with no shifter.

You need an impact on the tool

Excellent video- unfortunately when I got it back together it now won't start
Any ideas
probably carb...it seemed like I was always adjusting something with it.
Dude mine just slams into gear, the clutch is engaged and won't disengage unless i shift to Neutral
Sounds like you need to adjust the clutch.
thanks
