@@ero7381 I have played this game almost twice. This is just a typical revenge story with a redemption arc nothing fantastic. They went for the player to feel remorse for abby I get it. But there was to many coincidences, plot holes, not enough character build up to jumbled in certain areas to many laughable moments of plot armor. I am a huge fan of the last of us world but to me the sequel fell short there was more they could of done more they could gone with then a revenge plot that's been done in movies,TV and games better. I definitely prefer the first one more. I thought the sequel was amazing as far as graphics,gameplay, mechanics but story no. I mean I get why they had to kill joel it's the only reason to set ellie off but the characters even the new ones felt out of character. But still it's good game overall

Beat the game a few days ago, and playing on survivor in this is a test of will, the thing stopping me from playing on very light was the lack of points for concert art and character model renders. (By the way, that part with Kari Wahlgren in the neighborhood also had Cherami Leigh and Erica Lindbeck, and a chunk if not all of the Bloaters are voiced Kellen Geoff , which I find incredibly impressive.)
Ant is really doing well here, remember this was recorded only one week after the release of the game. He is also playing this on the hardest difficulty after having played the game only once before on moderate. He was as new to the game as everyone else, so you cant really expect sophisticated speedrun strats for part 2 at this point.
Andy Gilleand currently playing through this game again on new game plus and even with all of the guns and upgrades survivor is too hard. I think hard is perfect imo.

But surely they couldn't do a Definitive Gameplay, right? They can do Uncharted cuz Noly's Drake and he gets the rest of the cast commenting. Even Last of Us 1 made sense cuz it was Troy playing it, and Noly was in it too, plus all the other guests. Here, you'd need to get Ashley Johnson and Laura Bailey to play, plus maybe see if Troy'd do a guest spot, for it to make any sense.

Creeker2001 Reviews and Montages the last of us’ story worked so well because it was a video game. Since people have never experienced that type of story in a game before, it was groundbreaking to them. However, when put in comparison with tv shows, the last of us is very generic because a lot of other tv shows and movies have the same themes and stuff. I feel like the only way the show could work is if the chemistry between new Joel and new Ellie is amazing or if the story gets added elements to spice it up.

You only encounter Playstation 3s in the game because I believe the date of what they refer to as Outbreak Day is either stated or can be worked out somewhere as having occurred (Fall 2013?) before the PS4's official release in our real world. So, in the Last of Us universe, nobody would have had a PS4 before civilization collapses. (The intro to the first game suggests civilization and governmental infrastructure did continue for some while after Outbreak Day, in the form of martial law and apparent radio broadcasts we got to overhear snippets of, but home entertainment industry gaming consoles probably weren't considered essential industries, most of which would've rapidly collapsed anyway.)
Hillcrest took me FOREVER to do survivor difficulty, which was my third playthrough. This is Ant's second playthrough, where he's playing casually while trying to talk about the game, and, while he takes a few deaths here and there, he manages to get through the area without too much difficulty. Just goes to show his skill. This was probably the hardest bit of the entire of survivor difficulty for me because there are so many enemies and they appear from every angle, making stealth extremely difficult.

You only encounter Playstation 3s in the game because I believe the date of what they refer to as Outbreak Day is either stated or can be worked out somewhere as having occurred (Fall 2013?) before the PS4's official release in our real world. So, in the Last of Us universe, nobody would have had a PS4 before civilization collapses. (The intro to the first game suggests civilization and governmental infrastructure did continue for some while after Outbreak Day, in the form of martial law and apparent radio broadcasts we got to overhear snippets of, but home entertainment industry gaming consoles probably weren't considered essential industries, most of which would've rapidly collapsed anyway.)

Hillcrest took me FOREVER to do survivor difficulty, which was my third playthrough. This is Ant's second playthrough, where he's playing casually while trying to talk about the game, and, while he takes a few deaths here and there, he manages to get through the area without too much difficulty. Just goes to show his skill. This was probably the hardest bit of the entire of survivor difficulty for me because there are so many enemies and they appear from every angle, making stealth extremely difficult.
