Lowered my BPressure, gives me mental clarity-I am more methodical in my thinking abilities , very good energy (59 YO), No arthritis at all, good mood, great sleep. Everyone is different so everyone needs to experiment. Its not a one fits all scenario by any means. On the flip side I tried magTheonate and it did not have any noticeable effect on me. When taking magnesium glycinate make sure to check the elemental value. I feel in my opinion, 500mg elemental magnesium is the best with the best effects
What a beautiful question. I imagine it’s just elemental magnesium attached to water vapor. But not sure. I wonder if we get all types of minerals in the sea just by breathing 😮💨?

Many people refer to magnesium as the original "chill pill", and for a good reason! Numerous studies have linked magnesium with boosted mental health and managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Low magnesium levels are often associated with depressive moods, so it's easy to see why supplementing with magnesium may be useful in managing depression. Magnesium also plays a key role in nerve regulation, neurotransmitter balance, and the production of the "happy hormone" serotonin, as well as melatonin (which supports restful sleep). Supplementing with a high-quality magnesium complex could help you relax, manage stress, and sleep better.

If Magnesium is so important why is it that no fortified foods such as bread, pasta or breakfast cereals ever add Magnesium? They do add some B Vitamins, and Iron but never Magnesium and no doctor ever checks Magnesium on any routine lab tests because they are not that accurate. In 1826 President John Adams was 90 and eating pretty good, what types of synthetic vitamins, supplements and fortified foods was he and his wife taking their whole life?

For high blood pressure a combo of K2. 200 mg and Magnesium Citrate 700 mg works for me. From 146/100 to 125/85. Off my Beta blockers. Try it. I use 2 scoops of Calm. And Sports Research D3 w/K2 and just K2 100 mg. Take daily. When I slack off BP goes back up. My experience w/Calm for the past 5 years is that it does improve cognitive function, relieves pain in knees and hands (no pain I’m 59) and BP is under control. Everyone is different so it’s worth a try.
If you're looking to fix high BP in general then look into your potassium intake, specifically the ratio of how much potassium to sodium you're consuming.
Magnesium Citrate is the most bioavailable. Calm is Calcium Carbonate in the container, but coverts to Calcium Citrate when mixed with water. Best for high blood pressure, muscle cramps, and regularity. This sounds like a commercial.
not even close, the reason why magneisum citrate makes you go to bathroom is because your body can not absorb it and does not know what to do with it. whether you try this brand or not, magnesium glycinate is BY far the most powerful magnesium for sleep which is what I'm talking about here. Do a little bit of research and you will see that this is true.
