Plan periodic maintenance for long-term machine operation.

Provides safe operation instructions to avoid damage and accidents.
Training organizations:
If necessary, organize training for machine operators to ensure they understand the machine and how to use it properly.
Calculate costs and insurance:
Create a cost spreadsheet so accountants and owners understand the cost of restoring servers.
