I managed to make my parents do this with me this evening !! And they LOVED IT - it is the perfect level of activity because it’s a good and fun workout and it’s not too hard 🙌🏽 my parents want to do this every night and btw my mum HATES exercise! Thank you !! I'm going this challenge and the one she posted on Instagram! day1 (yesterday): I didn't realize how out of shape I was my GOODNESS day 2: video seemed to have gone much faster.... vERY sore today from day 1 day 3: I found some exercises to be a little easier than before? Muscule building already? idkkkk day 4: AH this video went by so much faster! if you're wanting some in n out I highly recommend the protein style!

I remember finishing your tiny waist workout challenge and feeling so proud of myself almost two years ago. But I got covid twice and my workout habits just disappeared. I'm trying to do this to make a routine once again. Day 1 : Done Day 2 : Done (with ALOT of period back cramps) Day 3 : Done (feeling stronger) Day 4 : Done (had to motivate myself a lot)
2020 put my health and fitness in a coma due to an injury I had but I made a whole two play list for full of vickys upper and lower body workouts and girl I’ve been doing them this month with NO EQUIPMENT and the soreness is crazy thank you angel !
I felt so energized after doing this I was able to do a HIIT workout, dance workout, and now back to this video for a second time this morning! Thanks Vicky!! 🥰❤️

She’s really explaining how things work and stressing importance on what you might be doing wrong!❤️ However, Im a bit more advanced now so I add something to her workouts. And content suggestion for vicky: make a longer timeframe like 1-2 months workout(?) and category for beginner and advance (although it’s already included in her modifications). Note: this is only a suggestion, I appreciate everything that she does and especially for the change she did on my body!! girl power yay
Absolutely amazing!! Loved this so much and that’s so rare for me to say as I pretty much hate any workout. Didn’t think it was too hard at the beginning but as I’m typing this I’m so out of breath!! I usually find workouts quite hard but this was amazing and not unbelievably unachievable!! Thank you so much, can’t wait for your app to launch, gonna defiantly be downloading! X
honestly most workouts( even the "beginner" ones) beat you so hard that you are too sore/tired to do anything the next day, while her workouts just make you more resilient overtime

I love this workout! Thank you so much, Vicky! I especially enjoy that the exercises you chose let you control exactly which muscles to train. In other TH-camrs' workouts, the exercises are so complicated and done in a way that I have a hard time targeting the intended muscles.

This is so good, I felt the burn (and it felt goooooood) but wasn't hating life halfway through (cardio and I aren't friends). Definitely something I can do daily, and something I can do before work to get my day started right. Let's get this habit started!

Hey Vicky Justiz, I build grain bins and silos and I love this I was going to ask you how can I do a morning exercise like this but heavier as I often move grain bin sheets which can range from 50-250lbs it stresses one side of the body so it pulls on my obliques of the opposite side what would your recommendation on that?
@@iamkashada I did do all 14 days, but I used this as my starting workout and would do 1-2 other intense videos after. So yes, I did see results! But it was a complication of all videos and hard to pinpoint just this one. I burned roughly 60 calories with this video every morning.
