Thank you for making this routine. In January and February I lost 20 lbs, but suddenly began feeling chronic intense back and chest pain because I’m heavy chest. All the jumping and sudden movement caused it. Now, it’s July and I gained it all back and more. I have slightly recovered and my mindset towards my body and worth has improved. I want to exercise because I love it. But, I needed a routine that I begin with. This is EXACTLY what I needed.
Old video but just in case anyone is looking (and for myself to come back to), here’s the approx no. of reps per exercise :D - Knees in/out x10 reps - Dead bug x10 reps - Alternating leg lifts x15 reps - Side leg forward x6 reps each side - Side leg crunch x10 reps each side - Glute bridge x6 reps - Lying leg rotations x 12 reps each side - Birddog x 10 reps You got this! ❤
Thank you for all these "lazy workouts", I usually do HIIT or other (full) body workouts with weights or go swimming but needed sth you know when you are not feeling 100% well or exhausted, not energized and so on but would think a lillte exercise would help while staying at home makes it much more comfortable - This is it!
I have been doing this workout for a week now and it has gotten so much easier and it’s so fun I am actually excited to get up and do it! Totally would recommend this

Hi! the beginner workouts on the app focus a lot more on form but I still give reminders on form in the more advanced workouts. There's also workouts solely based on working on your form :)
