    Vicky is one those few fitness youtubers who actually show that it's normal to get tired no matter how fit you are. It honestly encourages me that it's okay to run out of breath, to be sweaty and to feel like some parts of my body are actually dying lol.

    Thank you!! I’m 170 pounds and I’m 17. I gained 15 pounds in quarantine and I started exercise and slowly changing my bad eating habits into good habits. I play soccer, basketball so even though I’m chunky my physical condition isn’t too bad. I really enjoyed it, and I did sweat ALOT.

      I was 125 And lost 22 at the start of the quarantine because I couldn’t just eat all the food I wanted, my mom stopped buying processed food when it got less serious (in my family) then I gained most of it back bc I stopped working out

    Back in July of 2019 I started working out to Chloe and got fast beginner gains. Those started to fade and chloe stopped working for me. So I decided to do Vicky's program back in march and let me tell you Vicky's videos work!!!! Vicky knows whats up!

      ok so in my experience workout trainers in all of their videos they have sImILaR workouts that target certain muscle...at least for Lilly Sabri. But your body gets used to it and it needs something different and challenging to kEEP getting RESULTS. Which is why its good to change workout trainers. So what i do is use a workout trainer for 1-2 weeks and then switch.

      pico boulevard yes! If chloe works for u then go ahead and do her programs!! I personally do her cardio workouts as well as Vickys. I’ve always seen really good results with Vicky just by doing her cardio and vacuums alone!!

      It’s not that they don’t work for you people 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s that your body is now conditioned to them so add more resistance or weights. Your body needs repetition and hats actually good. Just add weights and bands to them. You’ll see results. And drink your bcaas and eat the protein. Also gallon of water a day is 🔑

    In May, I combined this cardio+hitt workout this Chloe Ting's cardio+hitt workout. I did both back to back for a few weeks (2-3) and saw major results. I lost water weight, as well as fat, and got toned. I absolutely recommend this! You're doing great Vicky XD

      @@emmabeck9893 everybody loses fat at other spots and if you want to lose fat at your thighs you have to be in a calorie deficit and then you'll see where you lose fat first and sometime you´ll lose fat at your thighs ;) It worked on my too but I gained a lot of muscles so I can´t see it anymore, but my thighs are toned and slim now ...

      1.) For my body type, I lose weight and gain muscle quickly, so don't use me to measure your results.
      2.) I used the HIT/Cardio workout from her famous 2 weeks shred challenge.

    i decided to do this after a 15 min cardio workout and i don’t think i’ve ever been this sweaty lol. thank you for showing me it is ok to take quick breaks during the workout so i don’t feel so bad when i do. i love how real you are when doing this

    This is literally life changing! I've been doing this for a week and also went on a diet. However the diet was what I usually eat, and I just halfed the portion and changed half of it into veg. I've lost over 2 kg in just a week! I highly recommend!

    I think I can actually do this one I’ll try to do it for 1 month.
    Starting weight: 173 pounds
    Day 1: done ✅ sweating a lot, legs are sore, surprisingly didn’t take that much breaks.
    Day 2: done ✅
    Day 3: Done ✅ didn’t really want to cuz of my headache but still did.
    Day 4: done ✅
    Day 5: done ✅
    Day 6: done ✅

    ◇ Okay, so i've already tried a week of this workout almost two months ago and i've seen a lot of results both on my body look and also on the weight scale, so i wanted to try it again for another week and maybe two, we'll see how far i can get 😩
    -> Starting weight: 62.7 kg
    -> Height: 1.68 m
    • First day: i have a lot of energy today but i still don't have much resistance but I managed to get thru this workout, April Han slim tights workout, and Lily's hip dips workout, but out of the three this one made me sweat a LOT🙄 But i'm pretty happy about it

    Did this after a different 10 min HIIT workout and I felt so empowered I could actually do this almost 100% which means I'm stronger and have more endurance just from doing HIIT workouts starting last week!! And this one was actually fun!

    OMG! The first workout I saw with truthfulness.. You are so real! Everybody else just crops out videos and join clips to not be breathless and make it feel like their workout is all cool.     She is 100% right, they do get easier! I just finished two rounds of the quarantine workout challenge and at the beginning I could get barely get through the workouts and my form was terrible. Now doing the tiny waist 2020 challenge I can keep up with her and do ALL the exercises the right way! All you have to do is stick with it and do it the way she tells you! Thank you Vicky! I don’t know what I would do without you!!!

    Literally though, Vicky has THE BEST WORKOUTS I HAVE EVER FOUND. Definetly helping me with my glow-up i'm trying rn which means 1. GET RID OF THOSE PIMPLESSSS!!!! 2. I love your channel as well because you are probably the realist fitness trainer on youtube because you actually show the parts where you get tired as well and some other personal trainers on youtube don't show the realistic side of exercising when they get tired.
