1) brush my teeth 2) wash face 3) splash ice water on face 4) facial routine 5) coffee 6) get dressed. I’m a night shower person. I have a hard time falling asleep so the hot shower helps me relax a little more. I drink water all day.
I’ve actually implemented the water, I’m not so keen on lemon, but water before coffee, and it’s been amazing! Also, putting the phone down! If I start my day off scrolling through my phone next thing you know I’ve wasted all this time that I could’ve been doing something else productive!
This video is GOLD. I have stopped checking my smartphone and emails first thing in the morning and my days are not just Productive but peaceful as well 😘
I just recently deleted the facebook app off my phone and it was one of the best things I have done! I still snooze, and I need to work on that, but I would wake up and scroll through facebook for a while and I always felt unsatisfied after. Greatest idea for me!
Totally agree about taking control of your morning. I have been getting up at 5am for a week now. Feels great. But this morning I had a few phone set up and computer issues needing fixed. So I took the extra time to do that instead of my yoga and reading. Totally but a blah spin on my day. Won’t be doing that again. Thanks for your blog!
Hahaha...the things that hold me back in the morning are every single thing you mentioned. BUT! Tomorrow is my first day back at work after a looooong leave. So the time to build new habits is now. Thanks Amy!
Great list! I especially liked number six. It's super important to get ideas out of your head in the morning because if you hold onto them, not only are you risking inaction but there is a chance you may not even remember the idea later in the day. I find that ideas or thoughts that you wake-up with tend to be remnants of the brain's subconscious activity while sleeping, and such as with a dream you remember, the longer you keep it in your head, the more it fades away from your consciousness.
I think you are amazing! I follow others but YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE I REALLY WATCH RELIGIOUSLY! you give such REAL advice. I don’t even know how I came across your channel but I’m so glad I did!
I have totally used so many of your tips and they’re awesome! I would recommend if you use your phone as an alarm, put it in airplane mode when you go to bed. Don’t turn it back on until you have accomplished your morning routine then you are less likely to get sucked into the texting and social media because A) you don’t see any notifications or B) your feed wont load if you do open the app. It has been a HUGE help to me to avoid getting sucked into the hole.
Great video! Too true. Guilty of what you listed. I would add NOT to let your child wake up before you if you can help it (by proper planning). Children if you have more than one. I have one and when he wakes before I do, it feels like I’m behind the whole day. If I can feed and hydrate myself before he wakes it makes me better prepared to start his day right. Thanks Amy!
Hi Amy. My name is Tshepo and I want to take this time to thank you for the help you have given me by just watching your videos. I got to know you through '"how to wake up at 5am " video, the video was really helpful because it showed me how to do it but it didn't give ME enough reason to start doing it. Then I watched this particular video about 16 days ago and one thing that stuck with me was what you said about snoozing. The fact that I couldn't do this first thing (waking at 5am) that I told myself I was going to do disrupted my day not only that but my whole life goals and being. The next morning after watching this video I woke up at 5am and I have been doing it for 15 days now. I don't like waking at 5am but the feeling and the confidence I get every-time I conquer my sleep I wont trade it with anything (sleeping in). Again thank you for introducing great books and great people to us, through the Gretchen`s four tendencies you talked about, I discover that I am an obliger (I took the test). So now I have joined a Facebook accountable group to keep me in check with waking up at 5am goal. Thank you for introducing to Mel Robbins, oh my goodness! I have been watching her videos like crazy and I am learning so much. This is all because of your content in your channel. YOU ARE CHANGING LIVES!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!! Love from Botswana, Africa
I like this video, great advice. The 2 thing you mentioned I need to stop, Some days I sleep in the morning and also I check Facebook first thing in the morning. My goals are stop sleeping in and stop checking Facebook in morning.
I laughed when I watched this because I was literally watching it after already having done four or five of the things on your list that morning. BUT this morning I woke up and stopped myself from hitting the snooze, looking at my phone, drinking caffeine first, and keeping my thoughts in my head. My day was so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much for crystallizing these tips! Oh! and I finished listening to "Crushing It" today too. Nice to hear your voice there. Great book!!
Love this vid! What makes/breaks my day is time spent in pajamas. Nothing I love more than waking up slowly and drinking coffee in my pjs and robe, but if I don’t shower and get ready in the morning, I risk staying in my pajamas all day. And I can do that because I work from home, but those days are never my most productive, and by the end of the day I feel kind of bad about myself. Also, as someone with depression, not being more active and at least passively social (like working in a coffee shop) can really bring me down.
Thank you, Amy! I’ve listen to a number of organizational vlogs and I found a few things helpful. But yours are INCREDIBLY practical. I run a very busy Catholic Parish and I’m always looking for ways to save time to be more available and responsive to my parishioners. But also, to make time to do the things behind the scenes, like writing, planning, thinking, etc. I started employing your “calendar blocking” idea and am eliminating all the little lists I have around. THANK YOU! And I really appreciate the “7 things to avoid doing in the morning”. While I was glad to see I have a few good habits in place, you hit the nail on the head regarding a few things that I’m going to stop NOW. Keep up the good work! Also, compliments on your great editing, especially when the sound overlaps from one cut to the next. Very clever. -Father John
My first video I've seen of yours and it's not even so much just your content that I am about to subscribe for, it's just you! Your energy, your life, I am living for it! You're awesome!
I love your videos and they inspire me all the time. I truly struggle with depression however ... it’s becoming too difficult to cope with. Everyone has something they dislike about themselves but it’s usually possible to change it. I’m short and I can do nothing about it. It affects me so much
I do everything on your list of don’ts except watch TV. Looks like I have a lot of improving to do. I’m not good with self-discipline, so your tips are very helpful to set me on the right track!
I'm a terrible phone scroller and snooze presser in the morning! Those are my top two habits I need to break. I totally agree about water. I usually have a big cup of water first thing.
I find that completing the Miracle Morning steps created by Hal Elrod really helps my morning and makes my day AMAZING! Thanks for all the great tips Amy!
What trips me up the most is the over planning. I stretch myself thin and then I have to reschedule everything from one of my weekdays or weekends to breath and decompress. But then I have all these are things that now I have to find time to complete.
I decided I'm not going to look at my phone for the first hour after I get up, which usually means not until after breakfast. To eliminate the temptation, I don't use my phone as my alarm. Also, I started drinking 16 oz of lemon water in the morning because of you, Amy. Except sometimes I don't have a lemon, so I use lime juice or orange juice, squeezed straight from the orange, not bottled.
+Sara Makes Art Or buy a Nutribullet and put just half an orange and fill the rest with a lot of water, blend it, so you have fiber and nutrients, easy fiber juice with savings on oranges hahaha.
Amy. This video was perfect for me. It’s things I’ve been thinking for a long time but not actually implementing into my daily routine. Describing social media and tv as dictating your day is absolutely what it does. And hearing that fact aloud really puts things into perspective. It is MY DAY’ And do I should decide what i want to feel, do and achieve!! Thank you Amy❤️❤️❤️
What makes my morning the best ever is just go outside for a couple of minutes, like drink your coffee on a balcony or water flowers in your back yard. Sort of saying good morning to the world and enjoying the weather around makes me feel very positive about upcoming day
I love your ideas! What happens to me in the morning is I feel ready to go to sleep. My brain is not alive in the morning. I am a night owl and I hate it. I’ve been chronically sick lately and sometimes I can do is sleep in the day to ease the pain, then at night I’m up etc. not trying to start a sob story but I’m working on this and your videos are inspiring. If anyone has any tips for the night owls please let me know!
I swear I never listen to videos or watch em if they don't have pictures and stuff and only speech and stuff like ur videos but I love listening to you cause you just have really good way to Interact even through the videos.you are my fave TH-camr 😄
Amy, videos like these are getting me through social work grad school/working part time/running my own podcast/and parenting two kiddos while partner is away at school. 🙏🏼 Hit the snooze today before a 12 hour shift + I knew I shouldn’t have done it. Thanks for the reminder! Also! Your calendar mindset is helping me get all of it done!
These are great tips Amy! I use my Fitbit alarm and try to get out early for a walk before I even look at my computer or eat breakfast. There's something really energizing about an early stroll.
For me, it's simply turning on TH-cam right off the bat when I wake up. I turn out less productive, I get sucked into the stream of videos.... then I get a headache by midday because I've been staring at the screen for 4 hours by then already! Great mornings for me start with washing the face and get several cups of water, go do a stretch routine before even thinking about eating. I speak out lout to myself because I live alone but it really helps me clear my thoughts when I'm groggy!
yes hydrate first thing yass no social media yasss to all! Hard to do but I definetely feel better in the morning if I haven't looked at my phone in the first hour of me becoming a full human again. Also I find that making your bed and opening your curtains/shades as soon as i get up just fully puts my body in awake mode :)
Honestly i feel like you give a lot of good advice,,, so much so that its overwhelming knowing that I need to exercise each one. U limit myself to one of your videos every couple days because of this reason. Thanks so much for the positive reinforcement of what i should be focusing on day to day
I had an amazing week last week following your calendar blocking . I can’t wait to plan my week tonight! This is a great video! When I woke up at 5am last week I didn’t know what to do with myself.
Ewdy Cortez I still need to get myself to that point because I really want to. But I only just recently started getting into the habit of getting up at 7am. 5am will come soon enough! lol
Great tips, Amy. I do the lemon water first, and then I look at my phone. Obviously I have a bit more work to do to get more productive in the morning. But I will!
Going on medication really helped me start the day properly. I keep them downstairs (I live in the third floor of my house) and know that I have to take them early and with food. That gives me incentive to get out of bed before 10am, go all the way downstairs, make breakfast, and drink water with my meds. It’s been really helpful.
Making my bed first thing in the morning always gets my body moving and kick starts my day with something positive: tidying my space and eliminating the temptation of getting back into bed. Sometimes I'll put on a podcast or some music to charge up my brain as well :)
Love you Amy! - just an FYI not everyone is most productive in the morning!! In fact it is now 11:00PM and I am in my FLOW! and will continue to Crush until 1-2 AM! I get out my best work every night AFTER 9 PM! I know my species is very rare but we do exist! I am very fortunate to work for myself from home - I don't get up until 10 or 11 AM each day and then it takes me a couple hours to feel alive so I do low thinking tasks those first few hours of the day. I have spent literally years trying to be like everyone else - feeling inferior to morning people! Everyone says get up at 5AM to get a jump over everyone else - well I already did that a few hours prior so than I sleep like a baby knowing everything that needed to be out in the world in the morning was accomplished the night before - it is the ultimate jump on the day! Thank you for all you do!! Viki
I'm starting to accept that this may be me, too. Sometimes I am able to get up early-ish and enjoy it - but still can't bare to work in it. I don't start thinking about work until between around 3pm - 5pm and all my best ideas come late at night. I sometimes write late at night then edit around midday, so it's not too messy. I just find it's hard to accept because, same as you say, society forces this idea that you should wake up early and go to sleep before midnight to be functioning so I feel guilty when I'm still up at midnight. I just want my turning point.
Ohmygosh the phone tip! That is so true, but so so hard! I'm always on my phone early in the morning and it's something I don't even think about it. I'm excited to try these tips out for future mornings! :)
I love this video! I've been working on my morning routine myself and the thing that held me back the most was fear. I avoided waking up early because I didn't want to disappoint myself if I didn't do my morning routine 100% how I wanted it. Now I wake up and the most important thing I do first is meditate then I go from there. There's no pressure to be the best as soon as I wake up. I give myself a little more time to gather my thoughts instead of jumping into trying to be as productive as possible.
I put my phone on flightmode at night, so I don't have tempting notifications in the morning. (Though I love to watch TV in the morning. I watch a morning show that is about light and fun themes. The hosts are very quirky and lighten up my mood every time. I couldn't watch something that brings me down, but watching something fun gives me a great start.)
Great video! you have earned a subscriber! I make it a habit of not watching the news at all. Yep not once do i on purpose sit and watch the news. To me its not helpful, its sad and i don't need the negativity in my life. Every few days i check with my dad who actually watches the news and ask if there is anything i need to know. 9 times out of 10 there isnt. If it is really important it will turn up in my social media. I kind of do the no phone in the morning. I turn off my alarm. Quickly check the notifications that are on my lock screen if there is anything important, again 9/10 there isn't anything that needs my immediate attention. i lock my phone and go and get food. I also don't drink coffee so thats one thing i don't need to worry about. haha.
Awesome!! My day works much better when I dedicate it to the Lord. Seriously. God 1st, then everything else. He is much better at rearranging my calendar than any app. After all, He created time. Your points are really great too. I like the idea of writing down thoughts as well!
I agree with avoiding social media right off the bat! I frequently use my phone as an alarm clock, but I sleep with it on airplane mode and with the WiFi off. That way, I don’t see a bunch of notifications that I’m tempted to look at as soon as I wake up
DragonSwordMountain traffic? subway? I walk me kids to the end of the driveway for the bus, and walk down one flight of stairs to my office 😂 (but for real, I listen to the local news on the radio for about 5 mins to get the weather and anything locally important)
@@dragonswordmountain2908 Seriously? You can have weather pushed to your phone, on a minute-by-minute basis. And it will give you the weather near you, not at the airport twenty miles away. And it is *current,* not the prediction from yesterday. Also, the traffic app WAZE is *far* more accurate than the helicopter report of the past (which mostly doesn't exist anymore). Waze will tell you, in real time, the traffic, the delays (fender bender, rubber neckers, construction, ambulance/fire, etc), and the delay time, in minutes, *from where your car is sitting right this minute. * And, alternate routes with less traffic, less construction, and better time. Plus, where the speed traps and illegal license checks are happening.
I hit the snooze about 3-4 times and then I have to get up and rush to get kids ready and off to work. That’s something I definitely need to stop doing. Great video and ideas I will be implementing them in my morning routine
Love your humor! A couple years ago I stopped hitting snooze and got up the first time the alarm went off. Mostly to practice discipline and decisiveness. Has helped a lot. 👍
This was an awesome list of things to stop doing. I think for me, as life completely changes gears...instead of hitting the snooze I need to actually set the alarm and get that routine going again. It's only been a week but I can feel how wrong it is to not hold fast to my morning routine, my whole day is a MESS if I don't.
you should do a video on how to do these sort of things and like waking up at 5 when you live with people who aren't into doing that, cause I live with my boyfriend rn and I love him sm but he kinda of keeps me from getting a head start on the day because I don't want to wake him up and all that. So that'd be super helpful!! i love all of your vidoes!!!
I came across this video via suggestions in my TH-cam feed. Watched it. Immediately fell in love with your style and continued to watch your channel for hours. I went to follow you on Instagram and saw that you’re the Vlog like a boss author. I have had that book on my shelf for weeks and been wanting to read it but just haven’t made time! Now I can’t wait to pick it up! Thank you for all of your inspiring tips and wisdom.
Amy, all these tips are awesome. I started doing some of these gradually over the last 6 months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my happiness and productivity. Love your videos. Keeping it real, Girl xx
Like Create & Adorn, I am better at night. I also work from home and am a creative (quilter) so I basically have the same schedule layout as you do, just shifted 5-6 hours later. :D I will occasionally schedule things in the late morning but afternoons work fine for most appointments. Because people know this about my schedule, they don't tend to call before 10am so if I do have a missed call, it's likely important. I have just realised that I need to turn on my music as one of the first things to do to keep me more focused. Otherwise it feels like a holiday, with no structure. I've got things to do while I'm alive! :D
The lack of contact with the smartphone and tv are the key for me. The first hour of my day should not be dictated by external inputs. I really enjoyed this topic, made me realise I'm doing a lot of bad things in the first minutes that impacts the rest of my day. Regards from Brazil
Slightly opposite but I get everything ready the night before, breakfast, outfit, tea, cat fork and bowl, the lot. Therefore a whole bunch of stuff is sorted, I never have to do it and it frees up time for more relaxed morning. So, moral of the story is never leave preparation to the morning.
I got sooo inspired seeing your videos and doing much better at planning now . I looove your channel. And saved almost aall your time management and planning and motivational videos .
I looveee your personality! I only recently discovered your channel, and I make it my ambition to watch all your videos, even though I'm late to some, like this one , lol. This is super helpful. I'm always on time for the most recents though,,
Just found your channel. Now I’m Binge watching I needed these tips! I’m Pretty sure people at work think I’m an idiot even though I’m not just lack the confidence. 🤷🏻♀️
Great video. Seriously. You are wise beyond your years! Bet there’s at least one good parent behind that. 😉 Honestly, you’ve motivate me so much. And I’m 48. 👍🏻
I’m watching this while drinking my first coffee of the day. Can’t do anything until I have at least one🤷♀️ I wake up when I first wake up could be between 4am-6am. I love the hour of peace before the day wakes up haha I don’t check emails and do call backs until after lunchtime. I also get my clothes and bag ready for the next day and check my diary the night before for appointments.
Amy, thank you for a great coaching - you are lovely, funny and have good tips.My habit I broke? Definately hitting the snooze button! The "ignoring my calendar" is next on the list - together with checking all my emails first thing in the morning. Greets from Poland!
I love this ♥ thank you. I'm proud to say I don't do any of these things. My alarm goes off at 3:45 and I'm out of bed in 5 seconds. The only thing that really ruins my morning is a lack of planning the night before. I have four school children so I ensure all their school lunches etc are all done and ready before I go to bed other wise I wake up and instantly start stressing out.
Heather Jayne what time do you go to bed? My full time job starts at 5 so I have to get up at 3:30 but I always end up sleeping in until 4 and then I have to rush through everything and I leave for work super frazzled. If you can get up at 3:45 with 4 kids then I should have no excuse lol
Bina Berri I go to bed at 7, 7:30 at the latest. I aim for about 8 1/2 hours sleep a night. I've been trialing for a year with how much sleep I actually need and found that amount to suit me best.
Hi Amy! All seven points hit home!! I am adding to Wendy Medrano’s comment and your reply. Amy, I like your comment about drinking from straws! It helps protect the enamel on your teeth, especially your incisors (four teeth in the middle of your mouth, top and bottom). You can also just wait to brush your teeth after you drink the lemon water! I think that is a better approach than to brush your teeth before. That way you won’t have the citrus fluid sitting your enamel and breaking it down. I am not a dentist, but hopefully I will be one day! Applying to dental school next year 🤓😁
Amy, I love the look/feel of your videos. They are so clean and aesthetically inviting. Any chance you’d share how you do your lighting, which editing software you like best etc? I’m a new TH-camr and would so appreciate any tips. Thanks much 💕 Jessica
I have always avoided writing things down, but your tip and comments of the real life feelings and reason why I should do this really resonate with me 😊. I know there is actual science of locking something into your memory when we write it down. 🤓 Thank you 😘
Just found you after this video was in my “recommended” list. You most definitely have a new subscriber! Love your style, your attitude & your confidence. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos!
I’m thirteen and I feel like a lot of this still applies to my life. I definitely have the email addiction and you convinced me to do water before coffee as much as I originally disliked the idea. Thanks a lot for the video!
At thirteen, you really shouldn't be drinking coffee at all. It is not good for your health, and can lead to yellow teeth, caffeine addiction, stunting in your growth and more. Please Google it for better information.
Charlene Damico yeah I’ve heard that. But I’m 5’10 and already addicted lol. I started at like 7 which I realize was a bad decision but too late now. Thanks anyway for the advice.
The only person I've seen recently that actually spells "definitely" the correct way and not as "defiantly"; and she's 13. Drink that coffee, girl! 👩🏻🎓
Tracking my time is difficult! I'm so bad at planning and estimating how long things will take. For me, checking email but especially social media made me anxious in the morning. Since doing Cal Newport's experiment I deleted social media like Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and feel much beter. And it gives me a lot of extra time I can use for other things like crafting or getting better at my job.
I’m watching this in bed with one eye open because I just woke up from hitting snooze for an hour and 15 minutes. 😂 I guess your my pick me up! 😁 I know for me the best thing for my mood in the morning is not to rush even if I’m late. Just be late and stay calm. Rushing always creates craziness in my head and makes me feel agitated in the long run and sadly after 33 years on this planet I’m just now learning this about myself. Give it a try
That awkward moment when she basically describes your entire morning routine
LOLOL it happens
Not to worry just a few things to change then :D
My thoughts exactly! 😂 Just when you have a morning routine down you learn it’s the wrong routine
1) brush my teeth 2) wash face 3) splash ice water on face 4) facial routine 5) coffee 6) get dressed. I’m a night shower person. I have a hard time falling asleep so the hot shower helps me relax a little more. I drink water all day.
Kathy Coleman damn it’s same here xD
I’ve actually implemented the water, I’m not so keen on lemon, but water before coffee, and it’s been amazing!
Also, putting the phone down! If I start my day off scrolling through my phone next thing you know I’ve wasted all this time that I could’ve been doing something else productive!

You’re humour is killing me 😂 “do things while you’re alive” LOL 💖☺️
Niwa I enjoyed this line too.
Enjoyed**
Yah dope line
LOL yes! It sounds like a great idea right?!
"you're humour" is part of the joke, right?

Yayy! Way to go for making changes!! Thanks for inspiring us. :D
Loved the second one. Will try to apply it, really.
Omg where have you been my whole life! Loooooveeee your productivity videos and your humor ❤️❤️❤️
I speak out lout to myself because I live alone but it really helps me clear my thoughts when I'm groggy!
thanks Amy, great stuff, like the getting the ideas out tip
yes hydrate first thing yass no social media yasss to all!
5am will come soon enough! lol
Rowan Elessar I started at 6 am and then 5:45 , 5:30, 5:25... etc.
Good Luck! You’ve got this 💪🏼
Ewdy Cortez I would have turned over and went back to sleep. Lol
It really does set the tone for the rest of your day. but yes it's really hard at the beginning.
I will have to start doing this, s l o w l y.
This is legit one of the only helpful, no bullshit videos I’ve seen in a while
These episodes are always so helpful. The 1st one is gold, it's always good to start your day with focus and commitment. Don't snooze your alarm.
I love your no-nonsense personality. I can't stand it when TH-camrs say things like "Omg I'm shook" and all of that unnecessary stuff.
So much off this applies to me. I definitely need to put these into practice
Hi Amy, I just found you last evening and have just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for the tips and the good reminders.
I so needed this today. Right now. 2019 I'm here I'm here I'M HERE. I'M HERE FOR MY BEST LIFE. & it starts with my morningggggsss :)
Making my bed first thing in the morning always gets my body moving and kick starts my day with something positive: tidying my space and eliminating the temptation of getting back into bed. Sometimes I'll put on a podcast or some music to charge up my brain as well :)
Amy, These tips are so spot on! I have already done the first 4 tips and it feels good.
Viki
Are you fab of Gretchen Rubin? She and her sister have a podcast that discuss this scenario of people who honestly just work better at night!
I've heard of her - Happiness book right? I'll check it out - thanks!
I was looking for a comment like this - thanks for repping the night owls. There isn't one ultimate lifestyle.
I‘m a night owl as well
Ohmygosh the phone tip! That is so true, but so so hard! I'm always on my phone early in the morning and it's something I don't even think about it. I'm excited to try these tips out for future mornings! :)
Great tipps thanks and love your make up by the way...so natural
Congratulations ! Last year I asked you about the name change . Big difference now .
Girl, yes, all of these things are GOLD!
Not snoozing has completely changed my life ☀️
You're helping me so much. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR VIDEOS. You make me laugh too which makes it that much better.
I do ginger lemon water every night n every morning. So good!
I agree with avoiding social media right off the bat! I frequently use my phone as an alarm clock, but I sleep with it on airplane mode and with the WiFi off. That way, I don’t see a bunch of notifications that I’m tempted to look at as soon as I wake up
Morning TV is the absolute WORST! I haven't turned the TV on in the morning in years!
+VidProMom Then how in the world do you know how traffic or the subway looks like without the morning news?
DragonSwordMountain traffic? subway? I walk me kids to the end of the driveway for the bus, and walk down one flight of stairs to my office 😂 (but for real, I listen to the local news on the radio for about 5 mins to get the weather and anything locally important)
Its so toxic!
My problem it’s Morning TH-cam 😫😂😁
Great tips!! Couldn’t agree with you more on the emails. It’s one of the reasons I’m so glad I left the corporate world.
Queen of the Snooze button right here! You are so right tho it's not even snoozing lol. I am going cold turkey wish me luck!
Wow, just wow, you are awesome, great sense of humor 😊
Thanks. It's good advices, I'm going to stop to do the secon one.
Amy, I love your videos about productivity and routines. This video was for me!!
Karen Rubins-Lawrie cat fork? Or do you get your cat ready the night before? Lmao. Either one would be adorable
Angela Walsh she's got her own fork and bowl for breakfast too!
excellent sound quality! I've never heard better sound from a youtuber
Now I’m
Binge watching I needed these tips! I’m
Pretty sure people at work think I’m an idiot even though I’m not just lack the confidence. 🤷🏻♀️
Summarization: STAY OFF ELECTRONICS!
Great video. Seriously.
You are wise beyond your years! Bet there’s at least one good parent behind that. 😉
Honestly, you’ve motivate me so much. And I’m 48.
Love, love, love this!
I'm not sure how I ended up on your channel, but I'm so glad that I did!!!!! 🙌
Helpful! Feeling inspired to switch up my mornings. Thanks Amy! ☺️
Applying to dental school next year 🤓😁
Using my alarm clock again and putting my phone out of the bedroom at night is a big goal of mine for April!
Amy, I love the look/feel of your videos. They are so clean and aesthetically inviting. Any chance you’d share how you do your lighting, which editing software you like best etc? I’m a new TH-camr and would so appreciate any tips. Thanks much 💕 Jessica
Fantastic video and awesome tips.
OMG I can’t stop smiling! Thank you so much for watching!! I’m so excited for you. So much awesome life to live!
The only person I've seen recently that actually spells "definitely" the correct way and not as "defiantly"; and she's 13. Drink that coffee, girl! 👩🏻🎓
I can't tell you how much it annoys that people always spell definitely as 'defiantly'. Please stop!! Arghhh!
Thanks for this! A great reminder of healthy morning habits 😊
I will definitely do the water before coffee trick. First thing in my morning is feed the cats.
Kathy B.
I love your personality! So funny, and uplifting. 💕
