    I'm just 26 years old and i've been diagnosed with AS at least since 10 years and you're posture is far better than mine ...

    Hi Geoff, do you sleep on the floor? Does that help with posture and pain?

      Hey, no, that was just for the purpose of the video. I sleep in a bed with a memory foam matters topper. Some people find sleeping on the floor helps some find it makes things worse.
