I like the fact that your delivery is getting better. You're being playful with your community and it's uplifting. When you said, "IT'S MANDATORY!", I had a good giggle. Thanks.
You are AMAZING!!! Excellent guidance of what to do and why to do it, delivered in a clear and concise manner with effective demonstrations. WOW. Thank you!
Thanks for the video! I used "Overcoming Gravity" as a main guide but unfortunately the author doesn't have videos and so it is very nice to hear some things reinforced by other professionals! This motivated me to finally consolidate the exercise in my workout routine! Thank you again! :)
Wow, so cool having Jean-Claude Van Damme showing us gym moves. Man, jokes on the side, been watching Calimovement, Heria and bunch other guys, but your videos are much more informative, it’s not about crating hype and crazy content, just pure knowledge. And plus, you really look like Van Damme from his best days
awesome content and great delivery! been subbed for a couple months now and only just realised you're at 11K subs?!? there's a number missing from that! my problem with this exercise is cramping in my right hip flexor ...any tips for that? I can lean forward and touch my toes no problem but there is an issue when i move my leg to the side
Hi Adam, what's your opinion on doing with your back against a wall? Saw some people recommend it because you'd have less to no tendency to tilt backwards and making it easier.
Have been doing these for like 6 months, rhey work great. Now doing the straddle circles but maybe I will change that just raises. Because the circles seem to cramp more😅 in the quads ..!
@@GymnasticsMethod With my femur burning like hell do you recommend this every day or giving it rest time to let the femur cool off on the soreness go away

Cramping in the hip flexors is normal, it's going to get better as you practice exercises like this!
Well explained. Gonna implement them on Core days
Thank you! Let’s go!
@@GymnasticsMethod Was doing them today. 5 sets for 10 reps + 10 seconds hold on last rep. Hands near knees
Thank you so much for this. I found it really helpful and what’s even better is that you’re honest in your delivery 💪🏽
Thank you!

It can help yes if you tend to lean too much backwards
great video as always! what's the point of performing this exercise with closed legs instead of the straddle position and vice versa?
The closed creates a longer leverage, so that puts more load on the abs, the straddle is more about the hip flexors and less on the abs.

Very good info 👍💪
Super job, guapo!! Gracias!!
Please make video for back lever thanks 🙏

Both are very difficult and worth doing.
My brain says yes, my body says hell nah!!! 😂
My first impresion was burning sensession in my quads :)
Is straddle is more difficult than 2 straight legs?
great video thx
ive got a question, is it better if you do these pike pulses slowly, or fast but quality reps?
Amazing content, congratulations bro
Thank you!
Please put video about v sit ups bro
... I know it won't be more comfortable. It will never be more comfortable!.Hilarious! 😂😂
I’m always making mistakes!
Lets go!
I have a great love hate relationship with this exercise. But I’m improving so… No whining 😀
Yes I feel you 😄 it’s worth it!

Oh no, it is not comfortable!😅
I seen my dog doing that
❤
💪
Truthfully, funny…..
I'm glad I've seen this. But.... 😢
But?
It hurts
😜
Funny but true.
👍
Hey adam, ive noticed in 2 seperate videos that you've shown a lesser interest towards manna. Is there an inside joke that gymnasts only know?
it's not less interest at all. It's just a beast element that even many gymnasts don't do
