So helpful and unique when compared to other calisthenics channels. I've come to find I always look forward to new videos from you. You deserve many more subs!
This channel is absolutely gold! Didactic, yet very inspiring at the same time. We need a new breed of gym here in Southern California that has mats, high bars, parallel bars and rope climbs, for example.
Thanks, Adam, for sharing your knowledge! Even just integrating some of your tips is super precious and add to more fun in my training! All the best to you!
I love when i am doing straight arm dumbbell excercises at the gym and the look on the faces of other people are priceless. "wait that is forbidden!!!"

I've been looking for a channel like this for YEARS. Thank you, it's about time someone created a channel with the premise about how gymnasts actually train, instead of just speculating and talking about street calisthenics.
You know, I’ve seen pretty much all of these over the years but I had forgotten a lot of them. This video is going to be so helpful in achieving some of my more recent fitness goals. Thank you so much!! (I subscribed immediately before I got to the end of the video)
Thanks a lot Adam for another great video !! If you ever have a chance to make another in-depth one about the Korean Dip that would be great, been stuck on this one for a long time ! Thanks again man !

The pull over is a great exercise, and as you say one that is neglected by many. Great to do into a reverse muscle-up. The butter maker is one I've not tried, but I'm really excited to try.. and I need a good quality Manila gym rope. This channel is such a good source of inspiration! Thank you 👏🤸👍💪😎
