Does it matter in which order do you learn the basic calisthenics exercises?
No. Start with the one you like the most! If that’s the pull-up, let’s start with the pull-up, come on man, you got this bro, let’s go champ!
Does it matter? Of course it matters!
Unfortunately most people make this mistake, not to mention skipping the joint preparation or prehab and they fail their goals to get a better physique or learn a new skill, they come up with the excuses that I’m too old for this, I’m too tall, short, skinny, heavy or weak for this.
However its only about the lack of information and a well-built system.
Stay with me, and in this video, I’m gonna tell you how to start the basic calisthenics exercises to minimize the risk of injuries, while getting stronger and getting closer to your goals even if it’s a better looking body or a new skill!

I really got surprised. I do calisthenics for about 6 month now and can already do 30+push-ups and 10 pull-ups. But yesterday I tried his beginner course and realized, that I can't do all of his exercises properly or long enough. So it showed me clearly, that I have to train weak spots to improve my progress!

I am about to turn 55 and I just started with callisthenics. I thought I could not do some exercises but it is incredible to realise how little by little the muscles and nervous system get stronger and get better every time.

Any videos on how to build up to a regular push-up? I've seen videos talking about doing push-ups on a wall, chair, table, just gradually lowering yourself until you're on the floor. But not all the furniture and tables I have at home are sturdy or safe enough for the risk so I was wondering if there's a way to build yourself up to regular push-up besides doing them on walls, chairs, tables

I have a question.. when you say do them in cycles….. do you mean train only exercises 1-3 (push up, inverted row, v-sit) multiple times a week for (four to six weeks), then progress to exercises 4-6 (dips, pull-ups, and leg raises?)
Or do you mean do all those exercises in one training session simply in that order?
