@@galamorello Yes, its an organisation. Some hospitals here where Im from have a union. I am a member of the Massachusetts Nursing Association (MNA) in my per diem job and 1199SEUI member thru my fulltime job.

Hi Ni, the discounts consist of being in a nursing union 20%, 5K per year tuition reimbursement.
