The sound of the 350 twin is unmistakable and Never Gets Old!! I've had a Quadzilla and a CR500 In the past, but honestly nothing sounds better than a Piped Banshee!!😮

O1 KMK 700 extraem Ive owned more Kaw 500 400 triples RD 350 and one gt 550 suzuki Tons of Big jap 4 two smokers yz 490 kx 500 cr 250 a fact i rode my 94.gxsr 750 to talk to the ex. I threw in it a 01 1200 bandit s motor in it. Its 150 mph low buck street fighter. Do love the smokers. Banshee bike state mental hospital approved brapppl,,!.

4 -5 i think 6 cylinder 2 strokes He's even taken 2 1980 KZ 1300 6 cylinder made a 12 cylinder.

I love the fact they put the two banshee headlights on there lol, thats awesome. I want to build a little blaster with the Banshee motor on it.
Better to just upgrade a banshee with suspension. Unless you are sub 100lbs. The blaster is probably too small

Just watching JR rip that thing makes me smile. I have rode a banshee before I can't imagine that in a bike frame that's awesome.
Yamaha actually did make this bike. It was the TDR 250

Yamaha built this in a bike it was a RD 350 one was a Kenny Roberts special. The banshee motor actually came from the RD 350.

Banshee's were always tricky to dial in the jetting in the cold.

Hey, 27 years ago my 250 Tecate and Yamaha RD350 (2 stroke) got married, made extended swing arm also. Bought chambers from Dennis Kirk, ran along outside of extended foot pegs. Was fast though, running up and down Rainey river on the Canadian border. 80+mph
Love the RD, RZ, Banshee engines.
Also the GPX & SRX 338,340,440 sound quite nice. Especially the 81- what a beast that was.

@@rabbithomesteading3797 No no no. The snowbike kit is beltdrive. Some snowbike kits are chain drive some are belt drive. Belt drive is always the way to go with the snow kits. They all have a chain off the countershaft that goes "into the snow kit" then has to go through a series of "pullies/sprokets" I guess is the way to explain it. But the ones that convert to a belt free up so much power and are much much lighter. They are always more expensive kits but its 10000% worth it.
@@ashflame6888 Oh belt like instead of chain from primary to secondary rear drive use a belt? No cvt and use bikes gear train still .. I think I gotcha. never heard but cool!

I have loved two strokes since I was a kid. Know I am grown and love them more! I have a Kawasaki 800SXR standup Jet Ski and smile every time I start it. It has a Factory Pipe dry pipe on it. Great video as always!!

Man I'm jealous wow what a machine... It was in a motorcycle at one point, but on that the exhaust goes under neath but in a dirt bike. Honestly, that exhaust set up from the banshee you work perfectly because it's high up. It's actually kind of badass and works better than you expect it too dammm

Very cool motor 👍 and I remember the snow days with all the guys ripping up the woods the good old days and then we all had kids and the fun slowed down and riding only happens once in awhile now days but it's great times love the video guys mad sick 💯👍👍

I’m working on a 06 ninja 250 track day bike. I also have a Yamaha 350 twin sitting now in the frame for the 1st time last weekend. Still have a long way to go but it’s mounted. I think this is my inspiration to get it done by the end of February. Can’t wait to rip this Yahmasaki 350.
