I hope you are proud of yourself and that you understand how impressive your accomplishments are. You obviously have natural talent but I love that your curiosity and imagination has created the need for you to develop skills and its great to watch you improve on those skills. Everyone starts somewhere and since you are younger it's very inspirational to other kids that want to do something that they don't know how to do but even more, it shows parents that they should give their kids opportunities to learn things by doing and to try things that aren't the usual basketball team or piano practice. Good for you man. I hope you continue to enjoy what you do and represent this uncommon creative path. You're doing great.
That’s a fact for sure, this kids come so far. He needs to find someone to sponsor each video so he can get himself a shop. I think he’s only limited by workspace and tools. Other than that the sky is the limit for this guy.
If you ever wanted to give up on TH-cam you my friend would have zero issues finding work in the fab world! Very impressive the things I have seen you do
Dang Vasily I knew you could ride.. but double dang dude, nice wheelies! You’re kind of becoming a role model so gear up just to be on the safe side, lol. Keep up the good work you’re killing it👏
Bro i love all your builds you are a truly are becoming a pioneer in offroad builds and the look wicked the people skipping reference cracked me up lol beautiful bike cant wait to see where you take it next
Awesome fabrication work man. Your very talented. And the bike, you certainly hear that distinct banshee tone. It looks like everything I’d want to own. Fast, gnarly , have to hold on to the bars for dear life . Great video!
I don't know why I didn't get a notification right away for this vid??! It's 2 days later but regardless of that great work pal!! Your talents will get you wherever you want to go. Thank you for sharing with all of us!!
Good stuff man!! Killed it little tip for cutting aluminum at work i use Lenox lube tube it’s like a wax even drilling or anything with aluminum bit of a mess to clean up before welding but it makes a huge difference even for sanding
Dude please either hire a manager or find a friend who’s good with that stuff willing to help out till the money starts flowing, that way you can make sure you have sponsors for each video. I want to see you in your own shop, taking on custom build jobs and doing insane projects with no limitations by this time next year dude. Your only limited by your workspace and tools right now, you’ve got serious talent and most importantly you’ve got the eye. The eye to see a project finished before you’ve started. Keep it up vasily
As the owner of a '91 KX500 I bought new (and still have), I approve! Sadly, I haven't ridden it in years, and am getting it ready for sale this spring. I've always thought that KTM should make a 600cc fuel-injected parallel-twin out of 2 of their 300 SX barrels and heads. That thing would RIP! Best of luck with your build, I'll be tuning in! I'm really surprised that manufacturers aren't making parallel twin dirtbikes in maybe 500cc displacement (2-stroke or 4-stroke). LOVE my 2021 KTM 890 ADV R, but it's twice the weight of something like that....though the 105hp (more to come) IS nice on the highway if too much in the dirt.
Nice work on that tank, I found aluminium welding thicker stuff a bit more tricky, I guess I need a bigger welder for 6 to 8mm alloys, that should wheelie OK in all gears if you get the gearing right. That'll be mental with 500cc. Keep up the great work !
Definitely a dope build no hate at all, and I’m not telling you what to do on your build but I’d do the mufflers like the dual exhaust on the Honda inside the number plates but still use like a banshee exhaust system
On that wheelie where you stuck your leg out, what was your plan there? Keep your foot covering the back brake so if it starts to go over just tap the brake, not eat pavement. Great job young Vasily! 👍👍
A lot of guys, my friend Bill included, put a thumb brake on the left bar for activating the existing rear caliper or a second one, to make wheelies easier.
can we get a custom minibike build on the side plz!! i love minibikes n make content on them. love the cheap harbor freight 212cc minibikes. do somethin crazy like a turbo 212cc minibike as that hasnt really been done before! or maybe a turbo go kart
That build is AMAZING. And i love that aluminum gastank you built.. But you are missing 2 very important things. A pair of 17" Supermoto wheels. That bike of your`s would make for the perfect supermotard bike.
I am truly a proud Troll OG. I troll anyone for the slightest little thing I don't care. They deserve it for real. But... You.. God bless you mate. Truly living the dream getting stuff done. Not trying to get anything just having fun showing you got skills too. Mad skills most of us only have in our minds. But when we actually build it we throw it away. As the hunk o junk it is. Its inspiring to see the stuff you build complete death traps don't get me wrong but F yeah the best quality DIY death traps I know of.
That is bad to the bone. Heck of a job building that gas tank from scratch. Would love to live up the road from you, just built a custom supercharger for my 3000gt build and would of hired you to do all my welding 😀
Big fan, you rule. In my experince sometimes a silencer or a more restrictive silencer will help with torque in the higher gears. obviously you might need to change the jetting. Keep up the awesome work, great content!!! I literally just made a channel and u were a big insperation
That exhaust situation looks like it's the main issue of this build. This way I would say they are sort of in the way for really hard riding. If you really want to bring that build to the max level, that's where you have to invest most time, probably you'll have to build it from scratch and do some really crazy bendy shape, to get it to fit. But it's definitely a hard one. I personally think if you can somehow get the thickest part of the pipe behind your knees you'd be best set, but I don't know if you have enough length to do that.
When you are shaping aluminum 3003 is the number you want, it shapes and doesn't work harden like other aluminum! Give it a try, nothing wrong with how you did it just a good tip for you
@@VasilyBuilds I can understand you thinking that. But, its what us coach builders use to build aluminum body panels out of exclusively, it welds very nicely. Also, if aluminum starts to work harden and becomes unworkable, you need an oxyacetylene torch, burn completely acetylene so that you get the black sut going, use that to paint the aluminum black. Then add oxygen and heat the aluminum just enough for the black to burn off its the perfect amount of heat to aneal (soften) it back up so that it becomes workable again. Hope this advise helps you out.
That’s was a lot of work squashed into 13 mins ,A LOT OF WORK 😎,bike insane now bro ,you best put a wheelie bar on for the 500 😂 love the tank bro , patience payed off ,I would of have a plastic bottle on it just to feel it ,great work bro 😎

Great build Vasily, and no I didn't skip to the end, I watched the entire video just like I always do. 👍👍
Keep up the great work!
Who ever skips to the end is missing it!!
the amount of work this man does is insane from recording building editing i mean he is a one man army
props on that tank dude!
Epic work man! Never stop pushing limits!!
can't wait for the inevitable banshee swapped coleman minibike
I love the fact you just getting at it not trying to doctor up the welds like it's some art piece makes the video more genuine
I’m so glad I found this channel early on! I love all the mad creations!

I applaud you for your genius and your creativity and the work ethic it takes to make it happen.
Bro those welding skills. Im 51 and been welding since shop class and i wouldnt even waste the metal trying. Mad props.
Bro i love all your builds you are a truly are becoming a pioneer in offroad builds and the look wicked the people skipping reference cracked me up lol beautiful bike cant wait to see where you take it next
Im currently fabricating a RM250 into a little 70 quad chassi and a KX80 into a 50 quad. I love making sick machines.
Dude props to you man! I wanna get a Tig welder very soon! I’m a big 2 stroke junky myself.
Dude! That's some fantastic fabrication skills. I'm a believer in "built not bought". I need you as a neighbor! LoL Great job... 👍
This is sick I’ve always heard about banshee motors and how fast they were growing up as a kid then to see this swap is amazing

To test for pinholes and leaks, use acetone. It weeps easier than water and evaporates super fast.
The 500 stroker is going to be nuts😅
This looks like a death trap… I love it
my boi василий dropping bangers!!
My guy you killed it again this is why you're my favorite to watch on TH-cam great job keep it up and God bless.
Sooo satisfying. Bad ass build brother !
This bike went total beast mode! Be careful, bro!

Vasily, from a fellow Slavic you really motivate me to work on my projects. God Bless
Nice welding!
Good job . Please be careful on practice runs. don't want sidelined .
Man, this is an amazing build, love, what your doing!!!! Is that a SLIPPER CLUTCH!!!!!

I hope your planning on venting the cap or you will find out where it leaks quick and lean out the twin carbs

This is really cool man, it'd be awesome to see you fabricate some custom dual mufflers coming out the back!

Well done sir.
Love the build. It would be awesome to see what it can do at a motocross track
I can imagine how frustrating this tank build was..😂 but hey, all this hard work can only improve your skills. Keep on the great work 💪👍

The shape of the pipes is crucial to the way it performs. You can't just make a pipe any shape you want
Yeah boy! Always have loved your channel... 2 stroke life 😎
