I think this is a good work out for women that have been fit before pregnancy already. But the "beginner" in the title is misleading. I had to skip a lot of exercises or make them less intense, especially the jumping ones. I was also told by doctor to not do any work outs that include jumping. But thanks for the motivation.
Before my pregnancy I did Pamela Reif workouts and I really missed them while being pregnant…These are perfect for me, love all of them ❤️🙏🏼
Awesome one!!! Thank you so much! I combined it with your 10min no equipment upper body + 12min leg burn, left the cardio for a finish and then relaxed with some stretching and I feel amazing! Your pregnancy workouts are just what I was looking for!!!! Wishing you all the best!

I was searching for a pregnancy workout. I have no complications in my pregnancy and I am totally healthy. But my doctor told I am not allowed to jump in pregnancy. It is really bad for your bladder and pelvic floor and can go into a incontinence. At the end of pregnancy it could incite labour. I started the workout and directly there was a lot of jumping. I think it is not ok to publish such a workout for pregnancy 🙈

10 Minuten man denkt am Anfang ach das ist bestimmt einfach. Ja dann mal ans schwitzen 😥🤭👍
Ich dachte springen ist gefährlich in der Schwangerschaft. Jumping Jacks und Seil springen soll man nicht
