I feel such strength in my body and your classes always help me with anxiety, after i am done with it, i bless you every time ❤❤ thank you very much for bringing peace in my life again.

Extremely good for intermediate yoga practitioners on their period... these stretches hit all the right places without being too easy to be ineffective or too hard to be impossible on a body already battered by cramps.
Hi Charlie, I loved all your classes so far ( working on flexibility series at the moment💪). Today I want to give you some feedback. On strong period days I dont like doing postures with opened legs, maybe for fear of leaking... Down dog with lifted leg - no way. I actually expected more other poses in this flow, like cat/cow or childs pose... I had no problem today though (no period now)😅 and could enjoy your calm voice😊
I can agree, there was no way I could do down dog with lifted leg without feeling uncomfortable. I hoped for more ground/ lower body poses with less effort. Her voice is lovely and soothing though x
i love her flows and videos and the softness and gentleness of this class was divine but i agree - i do not like doing any inverted poses during the cycle, including down dog. esp with a lifted leg! i chose to stay in table and integrate some other poses during down dog time and skip down dog and it was so lovely otherwise! our cycles are all about downward flow and when we invert it causes the flow to go the opposite direction which can mess with your flow! i don’t even do standing folds during my cycle either until it’s complete.
Love this! Would really like a slightly longer one too - 40 mins, to be able to hold some positions a bit longer and add a few more moves? Such a good idea though! X
It's my 4th day of periods with light bleeding I was able to do with and I was a lil bit stressed because tommorow is my exams it really boosted my mood and gave me alot of energy and reduced my stress from the body and the soul . Thank u so much Charlie I have been following u from 3 months ❤

The relief is REAL, thank you 🙏🙏 Little question please, if you have time : we often hear that women shouldn't do inversions during our period. This is probably an ancient rumor when people belived that blood is evacuated through gravity ; but I and several other friends have noticed that the cramps are way stronger after headstand or handstand during our period. Do you know if it's a coincidence, of if it has a scientific explanation? Thanks ! !
