Yes good burn! I modified with a medium strength (red) resistance band tied double as I don’t have a booty band! Worked well but didn’t come out as far (maybe the yellow low resistance band would do?!) enjoy your workouts with warm up & cool down😀👍
This was the first workout I have not resonated with from this channel (which is my favorite and has changed my body in the most meaningful way. I think it is because I have a hard time adequately engaging my muscles and syncing my breathing on the floor when not doing abs. Does anyone have any suggestions? I prefer full body workouts. I stay more engaged knowing upper or lower can rest while I do the other. It’s nice knowing I can mindlessly turn on one of yours and get a little of everything done - warm up, stretch etc. Thank you!
I love your workouts. They have a great variety over all. When I am working away from home I enjoyed the bands. I am 58 and I understand the importance of 'balance '. Having good balance can help to ward off things like dementia that is in my family. Thanks again.
I loved this full body work! I’m 57 and have had to switch up my work outs some since neck surgery. I am slowly getting back to weight exercises and I love it. Keep ‘em coming!
Doing your winter workout calendar with a friend and we are excited. Each workout is a challenge and pushes us to try new moves. Still sore from Wednesdays workout but in a good way. Loved the booty band moves in this one ✅

I have loved all of your workouts. But for this one I LOVED it! I loved the mix of weights and bands. You really are a fabulous instructor with your prompts, never over-talking, the music is always enjoyable but not wild...it's all work and it goes by so fast!
I love this.. It is very effective and not jumping all around. I love some guidance about form and works every muscle. I hate the ones from other people that are so fast you don't effecitvely work the muscle. This is the best around..

I’ve been exercising with you for over a year now and this was of my favorite Fit by Mike workouts yet! Really appreciate the warm up and cool down, as well as incorporating booty band and dumbbells. Never seen that combo before but it was perfect for my fitness/body goals!
Wow I loved this one. Being 53 I struggle with some cardio/Hit but I could manage this and really felt it was working. I loved the resistance band plus dumbells, would definitely like more of these routines to cater for my age/menopausal. Never thought I’d say I’ve enjoyed a workout but really did! 😊

I actually just did this for the first time. It is awesome! Love the challenging but working every body part and nice and controlled I love that, so effective vs. crazy fast and not as effective like others. I love that you have the upper right box for modification. There are a few that I had to do that.

Perfect workout for me. With ostioporosis I cannot round my lower back and this was perfect. If there was any pose that was done with a rounded back I adjusted the exercise. Good and challenging. This will be now one of my favorites.

Loved this workout with the addition of the booty band. It was very hard for me but after 2 month of very irregular workouts I had just thought I needed more booty work. I really appreciate your instruction for each move and your encouragement!! Like the warm up and cool down too, or else I wouldn't do it and that is an important part of the exercise.
Coming back from a workout hiatus, lunges and squats have always been challenging for me so finding this workout was really nice! I loved how there were some lunges/squats but there was mixed in variety of other things. Hope to find more videos like this
