Party Boy/Girl is actually really good for melee builds. Dirty Wastelnder is +3 Strength. Double that and you get +6 Strength (60% melee damage boost).
Cap Collector is necessary for mid and upper tier shops. A high CHR build that wants to make money will likely want several of the better shops to sell goods to. They’ll run through the bankroll of each one.
+1 Lone Wanderer, 50lbs carry weight at rank 1 is the same as 2 ranks in Strong Back and the % damage reduction is huge as a level 1 player who will be lacking good armor for a long time.
Do you have BASE 10 charisma or is it boosted from clothing/status effects? If your actual CHR has 10/10 stars or 6/10 or higher you can unlock Leader, otherwise it won't let you because it is just boosted from other sources.
Man if i put points on charisma (only the special stat) and avoid any particular perk i still can easly convince other people? In other words investing in charisma now is like investing in speechcraft when we played fallout 3?

Bro I have 10 charisma. But when I go to perks, for example leader one, it still says I need CHR 6. Any idea why?

Pacify perks are bad, all that heavy investment could have gone to just make you stronger against everyone and everything
