Action boy is also nice for survival mode for the extra sprinting it allows. My survival build is 24/7 power armour with 1 endurance and the perk helped me a lot. Very nice QOL.
Sneak is essential for assassins builds. Ninja is essential. Absolutely essential. Moving target is worthless. If sprinting, sprint away from the gunfire, duh. Blitz is essential as well. Commando is good in the late game, but worthless in the early game. Those are my opinions. Thanks for yours.
