    Is it degrading your collective tissue? Are you consuming your soft tissue's structure?
    Have you tried fat majority macros instead of carb fueling?

    Not eating when you're hungry in order to feel a sense of control is a CLASSIC symptom of anorexia. I'm not saying every single person who does it automatically has an eating disorder, I'm just saying it's something to be mindful of.

      @@ttintagel actually women with EDs have found a sense of peace and healing from IF and that sense of power in a state of hungry. ❤️❤️
