Hey julien! This meditation exercise really worked. Bro iv had this baggage on me for years and for the first time i felt like i was able go let go. I was pulling up so many memories that triggerd me and i just let go. It was so liberating. Almost as if i had a new brain once i was done. That was incredible. Im going to do this everyday. Thank you man!
"what's more important? Your well-being or the opinion of others?" Nice one, I'll keep asking myself this question whenever I feel like the opinions of people are going to prevent me from being me.
@muhd645 LOL this is ironic to me cause I'm also an introvert who grew up extremely socially awkward and everything and my job now is an extremely social place where I see at least 500 people a day 😂 I work at a college food pantry. But like someone just said, I saw it as an opportunity to work on social skills. Not the most comfortable thing for me, but I've gotten pretty good at it from where I came. My therapist actually asked why I kept a job like that given my condition, at the time I was like idk 🤔
I work with hypnotic regression and have found memories I didn't know I consciously remembered. It's crazy and on the verge of magic but it changes me with each session.
What I can do? My SOCIAL ANXIETY is limiting my life, I have been inside a bubble for years, I want to be free, not having that excessive fear when socializing, not being focused on how I act, how I am perceived, symptoms such as tachycardia, stuttering, weak voice, voice. trembling etc I want to be free again
maybe start meditating so you can try and get your brain out of that state. heard magnesium glycinate could help since it gets depleted from anxiety thus making it worse. diet, exercise, small activities. some days I don't wanna leave the house, some days I don't even think about it. It sucks.
like he says in the lesson, action, trigger, release, repeat. Start with something small, like asking the cashier in the grocery store how their day is, then see logically that that action wasn’t that bad. and release. then repeat
It's all down to your mind. Because you assume people are "out to get you" ive thought the same thing. Laugher, people staring at you etc etc. Mental warfare.
It's all about what's going on on the inside. The still waters run deep. This video has helped me realize once more that it's not about the externalities but the internal stuff and that letting go of those internal baggage is the key to finally being able to truly live. Thanks julien!
I have a serious anxiety disorder and I'm a DJ and musician 🤣 Always extremely hard to overcome my stress, even though I really enjoy what I'm doing and my fans too. Really hard to change my brain's patterns even if rationally thinking, I know there's no real danger in being judged.

(Inner peace)” It’s not the destination, it’s the starting point” That right there is powerful stuff. Bravo Julian, I carry down the path until I break in through to other side. To freedom!
I was sitting in my room thinking for hours until i got headaches....but now i know that action and letting go need to work together....Now that im doing inner work i notice that some people in my life keep coming back even if i push them away due to anxiety.
You can only come to terms with your fears and anxieties, by feeling the source of them, and doing so to come to understand them. Society creates all these illusions and then shields people from situations that will actually teach them to understand themselves and the world. You realise there’s nothing you can do control external outcomes and reactions, and whatever your fear is really isn’t that scary. If you’re authentic and open hearted, there is no care in the world for the consequences of that and there is no good/bad, things just are what they are.
What if for one of the "Can you let go of this...?" questions during release, the response I get from myself is actually "I can't, it's too painful". But then I remember David R Hawkins saying: Most I can'ts are I won'ts. Then I beat myself up for not having the power to let something go. :(
It doesn’t make a difference, the goal is to just bring it into your awareness and the subconscious mind let’s it go, the conscious mind doesn’t actually decide
congratulate yourself for bringing it up, you can let go of it over time in bits, since it probably took some time to hold on and accumulate it... I'm still letting go from grief and a feeling in my throat, you're doing great, don't stop or judge yourself
I'm unsure if julien genuinely think his outfit is a good look or he's doing it to extend his confidence and for us to be inspired by it. I think it's the latter.
I always used to know what I wanted and had a strong internal compass. Severe trauma knocked me off course (never give up on yours dreams still!) and now I have no idea. I had no idea that this is how other people feel. I guess this is why when I was younger I never wanted to be like everyone else!
