Hey julien! This meditation exercise really worked. Bro iv had this baggage on me for years and for the first time i felt like i was able go let go. I was pulling up so many memories that triggerd me and i just let go. It was so liberating. Almost as if i had a new brain once i was done. That was incredible. Im going to do this everyday. Thank you man!

@muhd645 LOL this is ironic to me cause I'm also an introvert who grew up extremely socially awkward and everything and my job now is an extremely social place where I see at least 500 people a day 😂 I work at a college food pantry. But like someone just said, I saw it as an opportunity to work on social skills. Not the most comfortable thing for me, but I've gotten pretty good at it from where I came. My therapist actually asked why I kept a job like that given my condition, at the time I was like idk 🤔

What I can do? My SOCIAL ANXIETY is limiting my life, I have been inside a bubble for years, I want to be free, not having that excessive fear when socializing, not being focused on how I act, how I am perceived, symptoms such as tachycardia, stuttering, weak voice, voice. trembling etc I want to be free again

maybe start meditating so you can try and get your brain out of that state. heard magnesium glycinate could help since it gets depleted from anxiety thus making it worse. diet, exercise, small activities. some days I don't wanna leave the house, some days I don't even think about it. It sucks.

You can only come to terms with your fears and anxieties, by feeling the source of them, and doing so to come to understand them. Society creates all these illusions and then shields people from situations that will actually teach them to understand themselves and the world. You realise there’s nothing you can do control external outcomes and reactions, and whatever your fear is really isn’t that scary. If you’re authentic and open hearted, there is no care in the world for the consequences of that and there is no good/bad, things just are what they are.

Anxiety is not the same as nervousness, which is what I think you mean to say. I have anxiety. It doesn't choose a time or location to show up, it just does. I think it's dangerous do dismiss actual medical problems. Maybe people self-diagnose (OCD, ADHD, Anxiety) when it's simply that they are being triggered. I agree with that.

Examples: They accept danger in the same vein one pets a cat or they do not accept the scapegoat's observations with anything less then it's enemy at the gates. To them seeing someone react from the pain they caused them is either mocked, egged on, or ignored. Hey @JulienHimself , I'm finding it difficult to move my awareness to the base of my spine during meditations. I don't know how it's supposed to feel like and I have trouble getting out of my head. Especially when you say "Your nose is down there, your ears are down there". I can't mentally or physically bring myself to imagine it being down there, because I feel the air flow coming from where my nose originally is. Do u have any tips or advice for this matter?

I have a question. Is the letting go meditation actually a form of releasing like a child would do when it cries after experiencing something traumatic or painful and then after it stops crying, it just sighs and relaxes by breathing ?

How do you deal with the feeling when your talking in front of a crowd or something similar to that. Because whenever I try to talk I get freaked out and try to stop talking as soon as possible.

This guy dresses so cringe and I get that's the point, that by dressing like you were cannonballed into a costume shop he can elicit a reaction out of me and respond with "who cares what you think I dress like a clown because I like it" which is valuable in itself but also risks you living life with the equivalent of walking around with salad between your teeth and not listening to feedback. Great video, but also take off your spy kids-3D glasses off your face lol

I see what you’re saying but why do you need to consider feedback on what you’re wearing unless you wear uniform for work or attire for an interview? People should feel comfortable about their own clothing outside of a professional setting

If you look at Julien with a powerful electron microscope and hire a team of scientists to analyse the data, you can find the slightest trace of affectation. There are those who theorise he MIGHT be overcompensating for some insecurity.
Imagine turning up to literally any class other than TH-cam how to Cool Class and the teacher walks in wearing that. You’d leave.

This is part of the lesson he is trying to release from mind 😊his outfit is a statement of its own others I've noticed have also been thrown out by his choice of projecting his point .
Be yourself whoever that is. do not fear others opinions views or assumed understanding of what they think they see .
