- A sway bar is part of your vehicle’s suspension, which includes your wheels / tires, springs, shocks, steering system, linkages, bushings, and joints. Sway bars help your ride handle turns and prevent body lean, the last thing you want while operating your vehicle.

Yup,i was hearing all kinds of clunking in the front passenger side😅 My baby is in the shop now❤
I just brought a used Honda Odyssey 04, the bar had been broken, I've been driving around with it in that condition for 5 months now and I didn't even know it. 🤔.. so please inspect everything on your possible prospects.
What causes this to break?? Other than wear and tear?
hi, my grand cherokee sways right and left on highway at speeds after 50kms. this breaks my confidence and have to hold steering tighter and keep rolling to keep it straight on track. Is this the cause?
Thanks so much for this video, my car is doing all of this, I was supposed to get it fixed today, but the dude canceled on me😔

Question can a sway bar bend just by lowering your vichile
I don’t think so
But the sway bar is ONLY in the front axle?
The sway bar is a thin, tubular piece of metal bolted to the suspension on each side of the car, either at the front or the back and often both. Some vehicles are only equipped with a front sway bar.
Can a bad sway bar cause excessive body roll? I have a an 02 Chevy avalanche that rocks back on forth on an ugly road I’ve changed the links so those are good the only thing I can notice is the sway bar is not tight I can wiggle it around but don’t know how to tighten it. Do you think that’s why I have body roll?
Yes, a bad sway bar can cause excessive body roll. This is because the sway bar's job is to reduce body roll by distributing the force when one side of the vehicle goes higher than the other, such as during turns or on uneven roads. If the sway bar is loose or damaged, it can't perform this function effectively, leading to more noticeable body roll. Tightening or replacing any worn parts connected to the sway bar, like bushings or links, should address the issue and improve stability.
@@carcarehacks awesome!! Thanks man!👍
How about when the bushings are fused to the sway bar and do not allow it to rotate?
