Kindly share the lower body weight lose also. I have irregular periods and doctors tell me that i should go to gym and all but being married , handling responsibilities i am not able to balance to go to gym. Please share home excersie and diet to reduce lower body fat .
Hey .. pls get your routine blood tests done for thyroid, KFT , LFT, CBC, vit D , B12, etc. for irregular periods. Also, for lower body fat, eat your dinner early, before 8 pm atleast. Skip fried foods and sweets, add more protein and fibre in your diet, u will see changes.

Consult a good Yoga teacher and tell him/her about your health history. They will advise you on the right kind of Aasana and Pranayama suitable for your body condition. Not doing this important activity has lead to thousands of broken spines (sciatica, hamstring tears and disfigurations). Be informed. Yoga is not a physical exercise. It is not the MEANS to the END. Yoga is the END. Western philosophy fails to understand this. And all marketing done in India today is Western inspired. Hence the magnitude of troubles. Pls consult a good practitioner before following any Bharatiya asana paddhati. Mahadev!

Married and with two kids here. You have to prioritise your health. Everyone has the same 24 hours. Can you not take 1/2 hour a day for yourself?

Start with wall pushups ➡️ incline pushups ➡️ kneeling pushups ➡️ half pushups before trying full pushups.

Your pushups are wrong. Keep your hands close to your waist and try the pushups. Even 5 will be extremely helpful!!!!
