    무릎이 안 좋은 편이라...이번 동작, 깔끔하니 좋았어요^^ 첫시작 예감이..땀이 날까 했는데..옴마야..질질 나요 ㅎㅎ 거의 마지막 동작중 다리 올리는 거에서 옆구리가 땡기더라구요 ㅎㅎ

    한국인 없나요,, 무릎이 아파 검색하다가 발견하고 따라했는데 땀도 많이나고 무릎도 안아파서 너무 좋네요.. 당분간 언니 영상 따라하면서 살빼겠읍니다... 무릎통증없는 요런 적당한 강도 유산소운동 너무좋아요❤️

    제가 밥 먹고 나면 눕거나 퍼져 있는 습관이 있는데 요거 밥 먹고 나서 가볍게 딱하기도 너무 좋은거 같아요 ㅋ 지금도 밥먹고 쇼파에 들어 앉아 있다가 보자마자 켜서 해요~~ㅋ

    My job is very sedentary and very stressful so I love these exercises.
    Good to wake up my brain and body in the morning with the full routine. And then can do a few throughout the day whenever i get up from my desk. Just need to take off shoes. Good for a few minutes' stretching and energising 2 or 3 times during the work day.
    Love that no equipment or particular order is needed as long as I do some warm up before the full routine in the morning. Sitting all day is giving me varicose veins though I am just reaching 40 and I wanted simple quick exercises to do everyday. Low impact so if you have GERD etc like me it would still be possible to do these.
