I love how unique this beautiful home is ...please more French and Patina inspired homes.....but some on a budget. These homes are so amazing but so out of my range.....I know taste is free but some of these pieces are so extra beautiful but not affordable to me at least.

What a beautiful bookshelf! It's a shame it's only housing books for its looks! Why not collect books you'll actually read for real and not just for display? For someone who loves books and owns quite a bit, this breaks my heart! Books are meant to be read!
What a beautiful home. Losing the formal dining room obviously worked for their life style. We actually took an office that we used more for storage than anything and turned it into a formal dining room due to having gatherings more often at our home. In watching your videos I take a moment to process the term every time you say "primary bedroom or primary bathroom". It's like you are trying too hard to be politically correct and it doesn't really flow with the rest of the conversation.
I'm glad you enjoyed! And yes we use mom's formal dining quite often so in many homes having it makes sense!
We're honestly not trying to be politically correct. We use the terms master, main, primary interchangeably. Honestly I always thought it was strange that it was called the master before and when people started calling it the primary I thought that really is a better term for it. Sorry that didn't feel authentic to you.

I live in a rural area of SW Georgia but so many of your ideas would work well in my home and the ones around me. I am not a designer. @@FarmhouseLiving totally agree! "Master" is just not the term realtors or homeowners use anymore. It's very dated. It feels very authentic to me in 2023!!
I still use the term…..I can now entertain the thought of buying a home, so I am proud to call my bedroom the master. I am a person of color…..no need to get rid of the term now….I am proud to have a master bedroom……that I own. Not sure who’s Idea it was…..more important things to tackle in the world.😮
