I did it during 18week lockdown. Already jacked. Came back leaner and bigger due to muscle shock. Bodyweight exercises done uni laterally and trx was amazing but u need to know how to use them.

Your channel has been great. At 47 form is more important than ever and I've learned a lot of tips from your videos. It's also been great for discovering new exercise. After the last few years I've discovered that I like to shuffle exercises to keep things fresh. So I wrote a local web page with my favourite exercises. I pick the muscle groups and it spits out random exercises. Then I can just drag them into the optimal order. It keeps things fresh and muscles confused.

Just starting with TRX after birthing 2 babies in the last 3.5 years - I'm having a hard time squeezing the hamstrings and glutes on the lowering motion in the squats and lunges. Is there a mind trick for doing that?
Try to imagine there is a big stability ball between your heels and bum and your trying to constantly hold it there and crush it. It takes time and practice but your'll gradually begin to connect to the muscles better as more your mind-muscle connection improves.
If someone challenges me to a shot contest with a word said many times in a video, I will bring this masterpiece up or any other great video from you and have them shot to the word "Squeeze" they will last maximum 7 mins! :)

I've been using TRX for 10+ years with some effect. But that was ALL movement. Focusing on the muscle is a totally different experience. I felt the muscle working. It will take practice to make the transition to muscle-centric. Thanks for this and all your videos!

Could a light resistance band be used to build a recognition of the activation so like when they release the tension that push out for the quads they feel the band release? Actually I’m thinking a strap that doesn’t push back, like a yoga strap. Going to try these for myself.

Great video! But one question.... I just started out and the "metal" adjusting the lenght is killing my arms when doing chest press. Its just stabs in my triceps and I cant find an angle that its not hurting. Why is the metal adjustment not alot lower or alot higher up? Bands are superior on push day

They once developed a machine that you can use to train in space. I thought it was really great, I bought the machine too, but then I realized that I could have done it all with just a few rubber bands 😂 Sounds strange, but unfortunately it's true 😂 That's life isn't it

How does this work under load tho isnt it gonna pull you up if the resistence gets too heavy since you have nothing to gelp hold you down

Formula is the Mifflin - St Jeor version . So it’s not random. Sounds good, but not possible for me I’m afraid. High fats don’t work if you have a hiatus hernia.

Just buy a pair of still rings… They’re much more versatile. They are also are what TRX clearly ripped off just to market and get into every gym possible 👍🏻👍🏻

What about evening workouts. For family and work reasons, it can be 9pm before I get a workout in… Or sometimes I alternate between lunch and evening.
