When Arnold Schwarzenegger first started out, he didn't have access to a gym, yet he still built a fantastic physique using only bodyweight exercises. In this video I'll break down his forgotten bodyweight exercise routine and the 3 key technique principles he recommends to build muscle from home.
I stumbled his bodyweight workout on Reddit that he posted during the Pandemic. Although it's old, I thought the simplicity and his focus on perfect form was so good, that I wanted to break it down and see what we could learn.
