I'm really sad, they're not going to do a Drop Shift high profile. That was going to be my endgame. So limited in 1800 layout hotswap custom options. So glad you've done this video though. I love it.

At 1:32:46, I believe the character on the “Escape” key cap is 「侍」, which should mean the warrior class of “Samurai”! Which would be very fitting considering the name of the kit itself. Please correct me if I’m wrong though, I am still learning.

I also loved when you talked about the red/blue switches in the french whisperer's video (which is how I found your channel). Could you do a whole video talking about/comparing different switches?

as an MK enthusiast I'm not gonna lie I winced when I saw you use dielectric grease on the stab housings. Might I suggest other thiner/purpose made lubes like offerings from krytox/trybosis. otherwise cool build and great asmr :)
Ah crap did I accidentally use the dielectric grease on the stab housings in the video? I usually use the thinner synthetic lube on the housings, and the dielectric on the wire, but sometimes I accidentally get my lube tubes mixed up. I know some people don't even like using the dielectric on the wire, but I've never found it to be a problem. I'm typing on the board in the video right now, and the stabilized keys don't feel gummy. The way I see it, the lube on the wire is mostly to fill the gaps so that there's no rattle, and the dielectric seems to do a good job of that. But you're right, I should probably just order some Krytox and try it out and see if I prefer it.
