This is really the most complete instruction movie for setting up this Isabella tent correctly,
I am from Belgium and have already seen some videos in my language, but this video is with the most complete instructional film I found on the internet!
I do have experience with setting up tents, but I even learned a lot here.

The design team at Isabella deserve medals for designing fixtures and fittings that really work and have ease of use. Isabella just ooze quality.

We are going away with our Caravan soon and even though we have been putting up awnings for years, we are still not use it and find that my Grandad tries his Best to get it done. It would be quite a different matter trying this on a new Bailey Unicorn 2, I have just been that soldier. Thanks for the Video it helped me a great deal, once I opened the slots on the awning rail and cleared the mastic on my Van. Cheers!

Hi with regards to the left & right corner poles, is right standing with your back to the van looking away ?
My top tip is to make sure you dont let the clamps touch the material of your awning (as Steve said) as i did!!!!!!!! To my horror after a really windy night the clamp ripped a hole through my awning!

Thank you so much for the great video. We are in the process of investing in a Walker Tent or Isabella awning for our T@B 400 . If I may, could I inquire about the Isabella for the T@B 400 and the possible video you may have for instruction? Great Video, one question how to you know where the fix on's go, is it just a case of offering the pole up to see if it is square.
The centre fix on is the easiest and should be centre of the panel. For the back of the caravan it is fairly easy and right up to the apex. The front of the van is more of an approximate area about 30cms down from the apex, which can then be lined up once the roof pole is in. If you have additional roof poles these are then lined up at the mid points between the other fix ons.

Unbelievable, the industry time forgot. I can remember my parents struggling with a bag of scaffold poles and canvas when I was a lad on holiday with them in their caravan. I'm 61 now. This is for what, touring caravans? Who would bother with all this nonsense for a couple of nights? Things have moved on in camping but not for awnings it would appear. Time for some fresh thinking, you could put up a large family tent in half the time. This is laughable, its like the guy with only a hammer in his tool bag, every solution gets solved with a hammer.
Thank you for the feedback. Our awnings are designed to be straightforward to put up and can be done in about 30 minutes. Many people do find that it is worth the effort to create the extra space even if only staying for a couple of days.
