    Tru.. considering na corn tlga yn ngrind lng ng bongga ,still corn yn prin po and ung corn po hindi yn pasok sa lowcarb diet kasi po high starch po yan. All starchy food not good lalo na sa mga diabetic person tataas tlga sugar jn. Pabida lng yn sa market, marketing strategy lng yn ng mga seller pra kumita sa market. Not advisable na alternate sa rice. Pls sa mga diabetic dont eat that po high starchy food po yan. Corn rice is made of corn - corn is starchy

      Maaring tumaas or bumaba pa ang sugar within 2 hours, post prandial yes after 2 hours, pero once pumasok na sa katawan ng tao ang pagkain sa iyong palagay maghihintAy po ng 2 hours bago e procesd?

      Mag low carb ka na lang yong gamot pinapababa lang ang sugar dahil binabawasan lang ang blood sugar pero ang insulin level ay mataas pa rin sa dapat talaga iwasan ang carb up to 50 grams lNg per day half rice divide by 3 per day kung kaya mo.
