    tama ang ginawa ko ang kanin nilalagay ko sa frigde or freezer tpos painitin lng ,thank you doc sa gabay🙏❤️

    This is so true, we always put our pot of rice in the refrigerator along with potatoes and other starchy food, for bread we store it in the freezer and we take some only when we need it then warm them anytime to eat my a1c dropped dramatically

    Im Diabetic for 10 years now and my A1c is about 4, walang rice and fruits sa diet ko and feeling really good.

    Doc.thankyou verymuch..gawin ko pong diet ang pagpalamig sa kanin.at isangag ko. Sa umaga. Tama mo hindi ko dadamihan ang pagkumsomo...atleast makakain ndin na hindi natatakot ng biglang pagtaas ng sugar level dahil lamang sa kanin..

      @@antonioabaygar-qs9gp depende naman. In what we do sa electrophysiology, at par na sa asia-pacific and even sa western regions. Recently, may ginawa ako na arrhythmia case ng isang sea farer na ginawa sa US. Failed yung attempt nila dun but successful nung inulit ko yung procedure. Kelangan lang naman natin ng support sa healthcare at parehas na opportunity sa Western counterparts. 🙂

    Pag nagsasa-ing kami hinahaluan namin ito ng suka(vinegar) at hindi ito nilalanggam pag lumamig unlike before nung hindi pa kami naglalagay nun ay laging nilalanggam ito pag lumamig na so sa tingin ko lang baka safe ang pamamaraan na ito para sa mga diabetic, baka nawawalan na ito ng tamis dahil hindi na nilalanggam.

    Thanks Doc, let’s spread the news. Kami nga nagsasaing ng kanin the night before bago namin kainin (at least 12 hrs sa ref), tapos ipapainit namin. Ganon din sa tinapay, pizza, pasta, patatas, pansit, etc., basta carbohydrates. Tinapay at pizza nga nilalagay namin sa freezer.

      Madalas kudin po maramdaman ang hypoglycemia..para po ako mhihimatay at parang sobrang gutom na gutom at nanginginig pa at naduduling na...ano po kaylangan gawin doc pagganon..
