I'm beginning to clock the religious theme. First a temple, now the 'Spiritus'!!! Are you a cult?? Am I about to be snatched???? Interesting to know: what meal sold best that evening??? A fancy, French version of scrambled eggs?? Perhaps an English classic for dessert - Eton Mess???? Whatever, the patrons never expected it, or perhaps even ordered it!!!!). Great set and line up. I would certainly have enjoyed a glass of semi-posh red at around the 8 minute mark!!!
