Bought this bike in October as my first bike and I've been having a blast! The induction sound is glorious and I put a new end can on which changes it completely! Nice review!
@@shaneryan9076 my first street bike was a 2020 gsxs 750 back in early 2020 lol I'm still up and riding 20k miles later. This bike is really easy to ride unless you're incompetent to ride or have lack of throttle control
Bought it in May last year as my first bike. Having a ton a fun. I like how comfortable it is. Made 4 hour trips with no problem. Greetings from Brazil.
@@Somchai007 yes. And the rider seat is fine by me. I weight around 85kgs. The only problem for me is the passenger seat. My girlfriend finds it uncomfortable.
I test rode this bike a year ago. I went for the z900 in the end as I got it discounted to £8k. However, I found the gsx to be wicked fun. It is a bit revvy but the gearbox is brilliant. I would have been happy with it. I agree, a cracking bike.
@@ChrisVonDoom83 I don't remember if the footpegs were lower on the Suzuki, however the z has a more upright riding position, I felt that I was leaning forward more on the Suzuki. Theres not much between the two though.
I've had one of these for just over a year now and still believe these are massively underrated bikes for the cash. It's a do it all bike with a seriously addictive engine note when you ring it's neck. I was considering swapping it next year for a bigger 4 cylinder bike but I honestly think I'll just keep this and enjoy it for a few more years.
I had its bigger brother but I sold it for a much smaller bike. With the GSXS1000, there's no place except the track where you can wring its neck. Most bikes I've owned you can rev above 7K in 2nd to 4th gear, but on the 1000 2nd gear is above 90 mph. I will say the components, frame, swingarm, and all that are of much higher quality than the GSXS750, and that alone might make it a better bike worth owning.
I bought one of these as my second bike 6 months ago, 3000 miles in and its been bloody brilliant. At the minute I wouldn't trade it for anything, does everything I need from commuting to blasting down the lanes on a Sunday. Brilliant bike. I have a video with an aftermarket muffler on my channel if you're wondering how it sounds (it's good, it's very good). Also HealTech make a bolt on quickshifter kit for around 300 quid.
Bought this one in May last year as my first ever own bike. I've been riding a Honda CB125F for 1,5 seasons before and did my driving lessons on a Kawasaki Z650 - both of the bikes felt ridiculously small for me so when I was looking for the first bike this beauty instantly caught my attention. There was also a Kawasaki Z900 available but I felt it's a bit too much for me. Man, I'm having SO MUCH fun with this bike, it's ridiculously easy to ride, very comfortably flat-footing it (I'm 176 cm tall), it's absolutely lovely with the torque meaning - it doesn't "jump" at all with it's 4 cylinders... I just love it, I strongly believe it's WAY underrated. And I agree with you - it's a bit sporty position so yea... a stop to stretch is definitely nice ;) And when it comes to styling of Suzuki vs Kawasaki... well I just love the blue Suzukis (and my wife is the green-Kawasaki junkie, so we can switch the machines xD). One last piece of info about the GSX-750 for all interested: till about 6500-7000 RPM it's just quite fast, it's when you go above those revs it becomes FAST - you kinda feel bottom slightly slide back on the seat xD ... But when I rewatch your review of the GSX-S1000 GT I just drool over my desk - this is definitely my dream machine now. Love the vid, cheers from a subscriber from Poland mate!
@@latarn817 hi! I still have it and I still definitely recommend the machine :) although to be honest I had a very poor season (had a wrist injury that kept me from riding for quite some time) but all in all it's still a great bike for me. Nowadays I dream of a bit longer trips so I'm considering maybe eventually moving on to something with a shaft drive.
I’m considering this bike and the Z900. Why did you pick this over the Z900? I’m from the US, so Kawasaki’s dealer network is as big if not bigger than Suzuki’s, so I’m not concerned about maintenance or finding parts.
I bought this bike last October. I have only done about 250 miles on it from new. Rides and handles a dream. Excellent review here, pretty much covered everything. Cheers
Great review! I think this 750 is actually best in class when you consider price/value ratio. I’m am quite biased, though as I’m a Suzuki man through and through. I already have too many bikes so I’m not in the market. But if I was this 750 would be at the top of my list.
Excellent review! I am getting one of these in the same color as soon as a used one comes up for sale! I reckon it's the best bang for the buck available and it delivers massive grin factor which is a huge plus in my book!
I have a 2018 version which looks so similar and has been my best bike owned so far for commuting around town. Has great low end torque and you don't have to constantly rev the engine everywhere you go. The pipes aren't loud to blow your eardrums and thus, when you're old, you'll be able to hear your grandchildren call your name. It's sporty looking, fuel efficient, easy to handle as if it were a toy. I've gone on long trips out of state but it's really not suitable for that stuff in my opinion. Probably no crotch rocket is.
This bike's a bargain. It may be dated but the components are all tried and tested and reliable. 112bhp, good brakes, reliable, sounds great, and I even like the looks in this colour. Some dealers are offering these for less than the cost of a Triumph Trident or a CB650R. Also comes with a 3 year warranty!
I had a 2012 GSR 750 for 2 years loved that bike, sold it for a CB1300 then proceeded to crash that Fracking myself up in the process. Now I'm seriously tempted by one of these. Great review 👍🏻
Yup, having had one for 3 years; A Few choice little mods really bring the bike on. Shame Suzuki don't see that it's a big seller with a bit of an update. Slightly better quality swing arm and some LED lights would work wonders. Mine was 106bhp at the rear after a few mods, plenty quick enough for the road really and still some 19bhp more than the new GSXS950! - it's actually quite good on track too until you start pushing it and run out of ground clearance and suspension adjustment. Great review as always 😉👌😁. I do miss mine though! ... Another one I should have kept!
I have the 2020 model, what a great bike it is. That engine pulls great in the low RPMs unlike many modern I4 engines. I put a MIVV suono slip-on on it and it sounds better without exceeding noise regulations. The only thing I might add is a quickshifter for the upshifts.
Got myself this bike in August 2021 as first bike (ok, not quite first, but it's been too long ago and only on dirt tracks at 13/14ish yo... ;) ) I'm perfectly happy with the limited tech: ABS, TCS, the minimum necessary, yet no distractions and i can fully focus on what's happening around me without any bells and whistles... Can't really compare much, since my first riding experience was over 25 years ago on xr250 and only on dirt tracks... The handling is way better than what i was expecting when compared to my friends agusta, and it feels like this bike was tailored for the swiss twisty roads... :3
I have this bike since middle of 2020 and absolutely love it. I think your review nails it with regards to pretty much everything. The power band, the steering, the brakes and the sound... I loved that growling and singing from the first test drive and I still get a silly smile and laugh when I hear it from way down in the rpm to the limiter... :D Two things where I "disagree" a bit or at least would like to add to. 1. The stuff you are missing like quickshifter etc. Yes, that would be nice, but it would also add cost. As it is, I believe you get incredible value for money with this bike versus the competition. 2. I had VFR800 1999 before the gixxes and I am actually more comfortable on the Suzuki than I was on the Honda. Especially with my older knees for some weird reason, but also wrists and arms. I have spend many days with 6+ hours in the saddle, which need to be ridden in (if you can say that in English?). The first month or two I got a sore behind after a couple of hours, but since then no issues. PS. I am 50 years old and have been on motorcycles since I was 17'ish with a few years break here and there. PPS. I bought a special edition "GSX-S750 Yoshimura edition +", which I fell in love with at once :)
I used to own a 1998 VFR800 in yellow, amazing bike but actually quite a sporty tourer. Not the comfiest. I love quickshifters, my point was that in order to keep up with competition, Suzuki need to start throwing more toys at their bikes. It seems they've listened as the GSX-S950 replaces this now, which has a few more toys and one of the best quickshifters out there. Ride safe and thanks for watching!
Hi. I’m considering a used one as a second bike but I’m a bit concerned about the relatively high pegs compared to my Interceptor and as I’m now 50 and slowly starting to creak I’m wondering how soon your knees start aching on a ride. Thanks👍
Nice review Dan, hope you are all good mate. that’s one of my favourite bikes. I have loved it since it came out. I do agree with you, all it needs is led lights, tft or lcd screen, quick shifter, and that would be able to battle better with the bigger boys. The looks are great and don’t need to be changed. It looks mean and one of the best sounding bikes I think. 👍🏻
Would agree. All that that you mentioned and it would be perfect. For the tail tidy and turning signals... these are not a problem anyways. Drop by buddy. :)
I agree, however. Installing those mods would make them increase the price, I'm glad there are many options for those things out there so you can still do it yourself!
I bought this bike last in 2022 and it is an amazing bike. The engine is so smooth, handling is great and riding comfort is truly very high. I love this bike
Just bought the 2022 model like this. I take delivery tomrrow and can't wait :) This is my first bike, however every other smaller bike i tried, they just arn't fast enough. I didn't want to grow out of a mt07, z650 ect by the end of the summer. I think i made the right choice. $10,300 before tax in Canada
seems you really loved the gsx-s 1000 compared to this 750 or any other. Is that still the case? Thanks, I can only have one for weekend and morning rides after 30 years and have a Harley Heritage for long cruises You loved the quick shifter on the 1000
Just bought a 2020 on 4/28 as an upgrade from my learner '11 CBR250. In comparison, dear GOD it's a missile. This was one of the reviews I watched to determine my purchase, and I'm glad I did.
I'm currently saving to get one of these sometime this year!. I took one for a test ride and was surprised how tame it was down low but how much performance it has up top. I'm coming off a DRZ400sm so this should be awesome. Great Video.
I have the generation before this bike the gsr 750, second hand not many bikes can match its value for money, I got mine for 4k gbp with only 5k miles on the clock, also add a belly pan and the bike looks so good
The switch from the “speedometer viewing” POV to the “rider viewing” POV when riding (and I’ll call it the “having fun switch”) is absolutely genius and I love it lol
Nice review Dan. I Picked up one of these new in triton blue and glass sparkle black. (Best colour I think 😂). I’ve returned to bikes after a 20 break. Last bikes were a TZR125, RGV250p and a YZF750 in 1996. Had a 2018 Ninja 400 then this. Paid £6800 new pre reg at thunder road in wales. I love it. Added LED headlights and sides, tail tidy, and a carbon fibre Black widow slip on and she sounds fab, goes well. Handles really well great fun more than fast enough for todays roads and keeps up on road with makes blades and R1’s up to very silly speeds I don’t do nowadays. Very underrated and whilst the MT09 etc. may be a bit better they are not under 7 grand new. Oh added hot grips too. A must on a naked bike.
It's a bike with great potential. I think this weights even more than the old gsxs1000. If they could do the same to this as they have done to the 1k then the mid range 650ish competition would be in big trouble.
I bought one in June 2021 the same as the main picture you use best color combination imo really stands out in the blue my personal upgrades I have done K&N air filter black widow short end can sounds great has removable baffle so leave it out if you like to hear the bike scream ! Tali tidy smaller number plate led indicators a must is upgrade the headlight bulbs all off them to a high powered led as standard ones are awful short levers and different foot pegs a great bike to enjoy worth doing some upgrades 👍
I love this review Dan. It is clear and it makes me smile. "a bit Casio.." And your insane laugh when you open it up and enjoy the classic K5 induction howl and licence loosing power! I have test ridden four now but can not quite commit. Old styling, Casio clock, Euro 4 and the wind is worse that other naked bikes. The price is the same as the 650s here Stg7,140.. The test rides have also left me smiling too. Same reason. And smooth and easy to ride in town. The option is to spend a bunch more cash for a Street Triple R. But the GSX still makes me smile. Like your review.
@@Englishbikerdan On the market again, a car took out the Street Triple. Suzi has dropped these another Stg500. The GSX 8S is coming here soon. All the tech but not the same top end. The GSX S750 still makes me smile...
I like the dash and the looks. What more do you need to know when you're riding? You get all the info that's relevant. There are some things, I'd like them change. Give it LED lights & indicators. Drop the weight to below 210kg although I didn't find the weight being an issue after riding a 650 Bandit for a couple of years. Give a couple of millimeters of extra room for the rider (backwards). I kept hitting my lower back on the rear seat. (186 cm tall). Give it a better side stand. Oh, and also increase the rev limit by 250 RPMs so you could listen to the howl for a bit longer. I kept hitting the limiter way too often on my test ride a couple years back. Quickshifter up & down would of course be fantastic. The brakes and the sounds were the highlights for me. Finally Suzuki gave proper brakes after using the same crap Tokicos for an eternity. Riding modes are (in my opinion) completely pointless at this power level. Especially for inline 4s. Pretty hard to spin the tire unless you want to.
I tested one of these last year, I ended up going with the triumph Street triple r 675 instead, might end up getting this or the 1000 for my next bike.
Suzuki have discontinued the bike as it's new replacement is the GSX-S950 which will be A2 compliant. Also they are wanting another £1500 on top for the new 950cc model. Would be interested to hear your review on the new bike once available. However I have ridden this bike on a test ride and I still plan on purchasing one this year as a more up to date bike bike from my 600 hornet. No bike is perfect but feel it gives you the frills for a reasonable price.
I am horrified that the bean counters at Suzuki think it’s a good idea to neuter a bike enough, so they can make an even more neutered version of it that is A2 compliant. As an ex hornet owner myself I was looking to get back into a modern 4 cylinder bike. I’d much prefer they update the 750 rather than neuter a 1000.
A great review as usual. The Suzuki sounds brilliant when the revs go up but it’s inevitable that the mph go up up in proportion. I think I’ll stick to my mt 03 where the sound is similar when the engine is “on song” but the mph remains roughly legal. Riding a slow bike fast is definitely fun.
@@joeyp4196 I keep looking at other bikes but after owning many heavier and taller ones, the mt just seems a really good compromise regarding power, size and weight. But then again, it is nice to have a change and experience bikes with different characteristics. We’re spoilt for choice in the medium size sector but the SV650 is certainly one of the best, Enjoy !
@@user-rf9me7xm1w right now its fetching top dollar. My local dealer wants 11k otd for the abs. Which is insane and not happening. Its gonna be a battle.
Another good review of what is probably a very good bike. I did consider one of these but then I saw one and it looked massive compared to the Street Triple I bought
Absolutely love mine got it in June, quick, smooth, comfortable and looks mint in the white/yellow, an all round great bike suitable for commuting and weekend rides. Quite economical until you rode more aggressively, then economy flies out the window. Modes for TC work well, even in horrid weather. Breaks are superb, handles lovely.
I did look at the 750, but I really wanted the 1000 both good bikes and worth the money. Bought a 2020 GSXS 1000 in the end, I knew if I bought the 750 costs wise (insurance, servicing ect) wasn't going to be any different and I knew I would always be looking at the 1000 if I bought the 750.
Good Review, It is a good first bike if you can handle it, it is front heavy( four in line ), specially at lower speed and in parking lot but the extra weight is good to have on highways at faster speed. These naked bikes are made for short rides and not comfortable for longer rides( over an hour), I had to change the ergonomics on mine, Handlebar risers, new adventure handlebar, windshield protection, air seat.
I have a 2021 model of this bike. I put an M4 Carbon Fibre exhaust on it. Totally changes the sound and the speed. It’s just a slip on but boy did it add to the power. The stock exhaust is pretty restricted. In saying that, once you install an exhaust you won’t hear the induction sound again. :)
I have beenn many sports (or sporty looking) and naked bikes in the past few years. I would say the following bikes are most practical bikes: 1. Ninja 400: Mostly city ride with some weekend tour. 2. Ninja 650: city ride and weekend with 50:50 3. S750: more of weekend touring with short city ride. NOT that S750 is bad for the city ride by any means, but there are many bikes which are better suited for it. I wish the bike was a bit lighter which will be hard with the inline 4. YES, I am currently riding 2017 S750 and would love to have a quick shifter & new dashboard.
got a colleague that drives mc and he told me to go through with the license, my first and only lesson i had turned out kinda sketchy, idk which type of suzuki it was but looked kinda like this one 750cc and crazy light throttle and kept revving it too much every time i tried to change gear + once i managed to lift the front wheel maybe idk 15-20cm or what it was, scared the shite out of me + here in norway the teacher sits behind the student when learning to drive mc so that might not help much
In the 2000s (particularly the early part) I recall journos lamenting that there were too many racereps and cruiser hoppers. Sporty road bikes, I would think, are better for most of us.
Finally a decent review of this bike 👍 I will hopefully be getting one as soon as I can afford it lol. Would prefer a gsxr but they stopped making them from new in the UK 🤷😭 and they're more likely to get stolen. Also you can't beat the price and a inline 4 always wins in my opinion.
I sat on this bike along with the sv650 at the dealership. This felt like a higher quality bike though I didn't ride either. I think this bike was $1000 more than the SV. You rode both which one would you buy if you could only get one?
Im in the same boat with those 2 bikes and torn. Only thing i keep hearing ppl with GSXS750 is that bike is begging to get ripped and u could get into trouble with it. The sv650 might be the way to go because of that.
I passed my test end september, which meant i could sell my cb125 and pick up my pearl white & yellow one 😃 I love it. Ride it everyday for commuting (almost 3k miles on the clock now) as i dont drive, and love it! Sure, some bits are a bit dated compared to the competition, but its great value! I got 500£ suzuki test ride discount (which paid for some options) but as a tall bigger rider, it fitted me perfectly! The only other realisitic option for me was the cb650r. The insurance for this was even a bit cheaper than that! It really is 2 bikes in 1: keep it below 5k and its a sensible commuter, but rev her up and she's a rocket. I did change the headlight for an LED though! That was much needed. Next up: tail tidy, yoshimura can and finally fit a mudguard extender
Thanks for posting. I suspect the GSX-S750nis in the last chance saloon, given it’s had no recent updates and frankly, looking poor(ish) value against more modern opposition. That’s not to diminish the bike - clearly a very good one - but who will buy one knowing they’re likely to soon be discounted, then withdrawn? Shame as I think 750cc is a capacity that really is all you need these days (if the tech and torque are right).
At the beginning of 2021 I asked my local Suzuki dealer to get me a new one when they come in. Its now 3022 and they still haven't got back to me. I bought a 2021 Triumph Street Triple 765R instead
Nice review! You did touch on it around 14:20 but i am torn between which bike to go for. Passed full bike test but what might would you recommend between this bike and the CBR650R and a Triumph Speed tripple 675?? It’s between these 3
Very much a leftover legacy bike then. I thought they canned the S750 in favour of the S950 because they couldn't bother to update the 750 to euro 5. But if the 750 continues to exist then what's the point of the 950? Suzuki could at least have updated the looks and dash to match the S1000.
You would think that English Biker Dan would be self-explanatory... In terms of place where recordings take place and which side of the road is used there.
Wait is there anyone really asking you why you drive on the left side of the road? Lmao.. Anyway, Dan legit the most relaxing bike reviewer on TH-cam, I grab my coffee, sit down and enjoy some bikes with Dan. Keep going !
Haha thanks mate, yeah I get asked all the time why I'm on the left. Some are tongue in cheek comments, but some people actually think I'm just riding into oncoming traffic! 😂
The z900 is all around the better bike, but the gsxs is a great option for a budget. You can routinely find them discounted to around $8000 OTD versus the Zs $9500-10000
That's rather subjective. As with all bikes. Some people are happy with 2 fiddies. And some must have 1 thou wows. I bought the s750. Coming from a 98 xt350. Major jump in Power and speed. Great "first" bike. I'm now interested in the gsxr 1000(r) either or. Same bike Essentially. Different suspension between the r and non r. I wanted the R1 but seems a bit uncomfortable (I'm 6ft1) Anyhow long ass reply. Happy trails be safe.
I loved my 96’ ZX750RR! Best stunt bike for a big person like myself. I used to come through town throw it up on a stop-e then without putting my feat down come to a complete stop, then wheelie away from the stop-e out of sight! People loved it! I have a liter bike now but it’s way to nice and big to be throwing it around. It’s just a big Ol drag bike with a GSXR liter bike engine! The GSX-S1000 tuned up and I got a CBR300R in red. I can toss it around a little but it’s not enough bike to stunt on but it’s a blast around town! Like a Honda Civic on 2 wheels just pin it and go! Who doesn’t love a engine that can cruise at 7k all day and not hurt it.
Wonderful bike, old-school mayb even classy. Manageable and useable power. Honest in best sense, 2 sad we will never ride smth new with that characteristics anymore in old-europe. Got kinda soft spot for Suzis (even cos the lack of electronics), sadly not 'nuff space 4 all of 'em. :D Ty :)
Sadly I can't test Kawasaki's as most dealers are owned by Kawasaki and they don't like TH-camrs reviewing their bikes. The nearest non Kwak dealer is too far really.
I am looking to buy this bike in a month or so over Z900. Dan do you reckon it would be wise? I love the looks and induction sound of it. Coming from GSXR 600. I hope I made the right decision. Awesome review as usual. Thanks for the review.

I’m considering this bike and the Z900. Why did you pick this over the Z900? I’m from the US, so Kawasaki’s dealer network is as big if not bigger than Suzuki’s, so I’m not concerned about maintenance or finding parts.
I bought a 2019 GSXR 1000 as a 5th bike in the garage. I wanted something sporty. This is the best bike I have ever owned. Too much fun!
Buying a 2021 example of this bike this weekend. Can't wait. Thanks for another great review (which I've rewatched about 20 times!).
How's it been
Excellent review!
Been looking for this for a month and here you are review it. Keep up the content Man..
Having my morning coffee and watching this, gonna be gooood!!
4 cylinders across the frame four usually sounds great when wound up, real supercar sound.
I had a 2012 GSR 750 for 2 years loved that bike, sold it for a CB1300 then proceeded to crash that Fracking myself up in the process.
Now I'm seriously tempted by one of these.
Great review 👍🏻
Oof, hope you are okay now! This bike is a good option and plenty on the 2nd hand market too. Thanks for watching!
That's a bummer dude...
Got myself this bike in August 2021 as first bike (ok, not quite first, but it's been too long ago and only on dirt tracks at 13/14ish yo... ;) )
I'm perfectly happy with the limited tech: ABS, TCS, the minimum necessary, yet no distractions and i can fully focus on what's happening around me without any bells and whistles...
Two things where I "disagree" a bit or at least would like to add to.
@@superkai6483 Sure. This makes it a great choice. Drop by buddy.
why the fuk does everyone want TFTs on bikes. WHO CARES.
I bought this bike last in 2022 and it is an amazing bike. The engine is so smooth, handling is great and riding comfort is truly very high. I love this bike
Nice. It sure was fun! Enjoy!
Thanks, I can only have one for weekend and morning rides after 30 years and have a Harley Heritage for long cruises You loved the quick shifter on the 1000
I just bought this bike. Same colour in a 2023 model. Haven't even tried it yet. Pick it up next week. Great review.
Hope you enjoy it!
Got a Z Phantom mode on ‘69 plate. Tail tidy and end can change is all you need for a great looking and performing bike!
Just bought a 2020 on 4/28 as an upgrade from my learner '11 CBR250. In comparison, dear GOD it's a missile. This was one of the reviews I watched to determine my purchase, and I'm glad I did.
Oh man that's a huge difference eh? You must be so happy with your purchase. Happy riding! 👍😎
I'm currently saving to get one of these sometime this year!. I took one for a test ride and was surprised how tame it was down low but how much performance it has up top. I'm coming off a DRZ400sm so this should be awesome. Great Video.
I done 1000 miles over 3 days on a Wales trip on mine had a great time. Could do with with an upgrade but we’ll worth the money.
I don't know what you mean good sir! 😬
I got exactly the same bike from the same shop. I think you just need to add the rear seat cowl to complete the look.
Seems natural to let the engine rev more when you want more power so it shouldn't be a problem to have most of the power at higher revs.
Nice, sounds like some good upgrades! 👍
I wish they did the CB650R exhaust pipe thing that’s so nice looking
I agree, but it looks sweet on the CB.
Thank you! 😊
@@Englishbikerdan Ended up with a 2020 Street Triple R with low Kms and all the after market bits added, except the exhaust. Happy with std. Love it!!
@@paulconnell1309 Nice mate, enjoy!
Finally.... I've been waiting for this review for a year.
Hey, I may not be quick but I get there! 😂
Ty for reviewing....you made up my mind on this cool looking bike w a wonderful sound. Cheers
It was either this bike new or a Gen 1 Z1K when I was looking 2 years ago. I do enjoy my Z
I got the same bike and looking at SV650 as the next. But not yet. I know I'm gonna miss it when its gone.
The Mt03 Is my next bike,I currently ride a gsxr750.. smaller bikes are more to ride fast..
@@joeyp4196 I sold my mt09 for a SV . It's a great bike! Perfect amount of power for the streets. Full exhaust and tune transforms it.
The gsxs1000 and the Katana have the same induction sound. Love that sound!
Another good review of what is probably a very good bike. I did consider one of these but then I saw one and it looked massive compared to the Street Triple I bought
It's a compact bike. The I4 does have some span though.
Highly considered one of these, but ended with an mt09. Gsxs is still a great bike.
The seat on this bike is a bit high for me but I see it can be lowered.
I feel like this bike with a windshield and a rack on the back could be used for touring, sort of like a gsxs750gt.
Yeah I love the way it revs and exhaust on that and she would really Stream you know I love a screamer
I would say the following bikes are most practical bikes:
1. Ninja 400: Mostly city ride with some weekend tour.
2. Ninja 650: city ride and weekend with 50:50
Amazing review as usual. If you get the change, can review the z900rs pleaseeeeeee.
Finally a decent review of this bike 👍
I will hopefully be getting one as soon as I can afford it lol.
750. It's just more fun for me.
Im in the same boat with those 2 bikes and torn. Only thing i keep hearing ppl with GSXS750 is that bike is begging to get ripped and u could get into trouble with it. The sv650 might be the way to go because of that.
I like this bike, sounds incredible 😁
This bike sounds so beautiful.
I agree, a real screamer!
It looks better than the Yamaha MT bikes to me. And as a Suzuki gsxr owner already i wouldn't mind staying true to the brand with this one.
I agree about the looks. Not a fan of Yamaha's design direction!
Hi could you do a review of the Suzuki gsx s950 I've not seen one on TH-cam yet ik it's similar to 1000 but would be nice to hear a review.
Yes mate got one at the moment. 👍
I passed my test end september, which meant i could sell my cb125 and pick up my pearl white & yellow one 😃
I love it.
Question about the headlight. Did you just fit an LED bulb or swap the whole housing for an LED setup?
@@p0rt0b0y just fitted an led bulb from ledperf
Always a good review from Dan...
One questions: Would this motorbike be a good step up for someone who been riding a sub 400 machine for the last 5 odd years?
Yeah, sure would.
Good review Dan. I’m pretty sure that induction roar wouldn’t be good for my driving license 😂
Looking at this bike as a weekend/pleasure vehicle. Compared to the SV650, as a first big bike post DAC, which would you recommend?
At the beginning of 2021 I asked my local Suzuki dealer to get me a new one when they come in. Its now 3022 and they still haven't got back to me. I bought a 2021 Triumph Street Triple 765R instead
Brought a 2017 bike on other bike testers reviews, changed the headlamp bulb to an LED much better than the halogen which is worse than a candle
@englishBikerDan, how does the handling of this bike compare to the 3rd gen, base Mt-09?
I've not ridden any of the recent MT09's. This will be changing soon!
Hi Dan, how does this GSX-S750 compare to the BMW F900r you reviewed a while back?
Hey, been a while since I rode the F900. I think I will have to borrow another one and refresh my memory! Keep 'em peeled. Thanks!
Nothing more exciting than a BMW p-twin, as no-one ever said.
Nice look Bro. How about the headlight ride of night?
RS brother..
The S950 has replaced it now, it just wasn't announced when I filmed this vid.
I love this bike.. I ride a 400cc bike, now I want to upgrade my bike, so which bike would be best for upgrading from a 400cc??
Love the bike. Its already my planned second bike moving up from an er6f. My question, how'd you find the Oxford mondial? Considering buying a set.
Over 3 years on and still waterproof. Worth the money I say.
I pulled the trigger an picked one up. Decent bit of kit for the money, can't really go wrong.
The shift points in the manual are useless saying to be in 6th at 37mph....can u share ur realistic actual shift points? Thanks
The GSXR engine has always sounded 👌
You would think that English Biker Dan would be self-explanatory... In terms of place where recordings take place and which side of the road is used there.
You'd like to think eh!? 😬
I'd love to ride a Z900 but it seems impossible to organise! 😒
Is it though? I've heard it's a bit of a road sofa.
I wanted the R1 but seems a bit uncomfortable (I'm 6ft1)
Anyhow long ass reply. Happy trails be safe.
I have a 2015 - white and blue, and I don’t plan on selling it.
They should make this bike in the gt guise.
I used to wheelie my grans zimmer frame. I was the talk of the town I can tell you!
Ty :)
It does have ABS and traction control. The TC level does also adjust throttle response.
Hi EnglsihBikerDan! I am divided... don´t know if I should buy the new 2021 Honda CB650R or this GSX S750 2021... Which one would you choose?
Ended up with a GSX-R 750...quite a step up from my Ninja 400
Hey Dan, love your videos mate!! Can you please please review the new Z900?
Sadly I can't test Kawasaki's as most dealers are owned by Kawasaki and they don't like TH-camrs reviewing their bikes. The nearest non Kwak dealer is too far really.
I am looking to buy this bike in a month or so over Z900. Dan do you reckon it would be wise? I love the looks and induction sound of it. Coming from GSXR 600. I hope I made the right decision. Awesome review as usual. Thanks for the review.
Nice review. I like the GSXS 750 it's a good bike. I ended up getting the 2020 SV650 for the low down torque which I'm very happy with.
